Charged $26. Then they wanted an additional $68 to release the unlock code. I went back and read. It said exact price will be told after you enter IMEI. Total scam. Probably a lot of fake reviews.

My phone is still locked. I am very disappointed. Site jabber will not except my email answers. Now, because of the time it is takeing, im into at&t for an addional month $ 90.00. I want to know why?

It's been over 1 week since I purchased this. And I get no feedback on when this is going to happen nor on my request for a refund. Don't do this as of now it's a scam to me

They don't tell you before there is going to be another payment you need to make before it's unlocked. I think that is bull crap charging you twice. Plus it took a lot longer than it was supposed to

Clear order instructions & payment. However, when I received the unlock code I had a problem using it and when I asked for help the contact person did not offer a solution

They charge you one price to get a unlock code and than want more money to give you the code after they get it

Quick and simple to use and understand it took more time than I was told it would take and I had to call many times with no response i then emailed and finally got a reply

Be careful, the first payment is considered free and non refundable. After they will charge you the next fee.
The issue is that at the end you may end up paying more than the phone cost.

Still not sure waiting for my sim to be unlocked. I was invoiced to pay more not sure why they're not clear about additional fees from the get go. I need my refund.

Do not purchase this service they say they are guaranteed but don't follow through. They said they could unlock my device 100% and then could not. They kept asking for more money.

I paid $26 for my phone to be checked and I was told it could be unlocked but had to pay $79 to get it unlocked. After paying the additional $79 I was told the phone is blacklisted and stolen and can't be unlocked and I can't get a refund. I paid the first time for it to be checked they lied and took my second payment knowing it wasn't able to be unlocked. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT'S A FRAUD!

My credit card was rejected several times so I had to switch and try several times. Then, the initial page said $7 dollars, which turned to $26. Then, I had to pay another $79 to finish the process.

Very easy to do for me as I'm not tech savvy. The person that I spoke to was extremely helpful
