I ordered and paid extra for 2 day Air & it arrived in 3 day's, so I wrote for a refund of the overpay, did not hear back yet. I waited all day Friday when I was scheduled to receive the door- found out 3 pm that it hadn't made it on the truck & was due after the weekend. The door arrived and the workmanship was very poor. If I could take it back, I would. The shipping was over double the cost of the door. All four corners of the screen hadn't been set into the frame and the screen itself has several ripples it in- not taut enough. I can't get this product anywhere else, or I would.
I ordered a foam furnace filter and a ground fault breaker outlet. I have found items that I needed at the Mobile Home Parts Store for my mobile home that you just won't find at any big box home improvement store or your local hardware store.

The driver never called me a half hour before he got to my stop. My son called me that the driver unloaded my order on my driveway in the rain. I never saw the driver.
I opened my 3 boxes and found an extra door with a storm door. This door had damage where a forklift fork bent the storm door drip rail. I opened the envelope inside and this door was for a different customer. I will be calling you to figure out how to get this customer here door. If the packing slip was on the outside of the box I would have known the door wasn't mine.

The order came quickly. Yeah! Dominion would not let us inspect product before receiving it. They put it back on the truck because I wouldnt sign it without looking at it. I decided to sign for it and products arrived ok. Shower pan looks strong. However it doesnt touch the floor so it will need mortar underneath. (Didnt plan on that.) Ordered a grab bar. It looks good. Installer asked if installing it would void warranty. Found out it would void warranty. (Didnt plan on that.) will install on wall next to shower. Shower surround is still in box. Installed will open box after Christmas. Its about 3 shorter than the ceiling. Hoping we can install it easily and water wont splash behind the surround.
A niece staying with us and angry after a fight with her sister punched the door off of a Nordyne furnace in our Mobile Home, shearing off the door closure. MHP sent me a new replacement made of metal that was superior in construction and did the trick. My heros!
I've purchased other items from MH Parts store and I've always received excellent service. The products are EXACTLY what I need, the prices are really good, and the shipping is fast. Can't ask for a better retailer!
Item I bought was great. The shipping charge was outrageous! Shipping cost $2 more than the item! For the $19.69, I would have thought it was over night or at least 2nd day! It was not!

I received items damaged and unusable. The company refused to exchange the items. I went to the BBB website only to find out that they have an "F" rating with the BBB. They have 17 complaints filed in the last 90 days, with7 (8 including mine) in the last 30 days. Buy elsewhere! I wish I had checked the BBB before ordering.
