Units are initially hard to turn. They are about 1/16th of an inch too long. This make it impossible to turn the handle as it is already closed.

The one from Lowe's would not work. This; one was fine. I had to cut sheetrock out to get to the nut on the bottom.

I know it's made for a manufactured but the products I ordered were no where near the quality that I was expecting for what I paid for them.
