I'd rather rate these boots with ZERO STARS. They smell awful; I bagged them up to keep them from smelling up the room. Even so, I tried one on and was not happy with the fit or feel. I ordered my true size and these were much too short and quite narrow. I tried to return them. At first MIVENUS refused to accept a return. Upon pressing the matter, they offered to accept a return only if I paid for shipping to China. The photos of the mailer below show that they were shipped to me from California. I wish I had researched reviews before ordering. I fell prey to an advertising email which promised customer satisfaction that has not been delivered. Since the order is from GAZTINO, I'm not even sure I would have found a review. I don't normally write reviews, but this experience is beyond what I would deem poor quality and unsatisfactory customer service; it sets a new low point on the scale of customer satisfaction. I will take the time effort to hopefully prevent others from falling prey to their sales pitch.
They steal advertising and deliver crap product. Stay away. Make you return overseas even though they warehouse in US!
I should have researched review before I ordered. Shoes are pure junk. Not "genuine leather" and no arch support. AND, they will not take returns/refund money. I feel like such an idiot falling for this scam!
The boots I ordered and received are not the boots in the picture. They fit like plastic bags on my feet. They have no support and look and smell like plastic. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased them. They are pretty much impossible to return!
Not only were these boots plastic instead of leather but you cannot return them. Despite repeated emails to Mary Jane, no response. They are located in China and you'd have to return item to China! No more purchasing from facebook ads!
I ordered boots according to THEIR size chart and they did not fit. They would not refund my money as they sent the size that I ordered! TERRIBLE company; ZERO customer service! I'm out the money. NEVER again! ZERO STARS!
Dist pair was shipped to wrong address. Boots are plastic and have no orthopedic value. Order a size eight and the boots are way to big. Says ten days to return for exchange or refund and they won't give me a refund.
Terrible, cheap knockoff of the boot in the picture. It offers zero support and is not at all advertised.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering these boots. They are terrible and made of plastic. They don't fit properly and Mivenus refuses to refund and return. Bad lesson learned. Is there anything we can do to stop this fraud?
I bought a pair of boots on-line (my first mistake) from Mivenus. The boots that arrived don't look like the ones in the advertisement. They are very cheaply made and not comfortable. No number to call for customer service. Emailed "Mary Jane" and asked for instructions to return the boots and refund. I've emailed their customer service three times since and no response. This is a fly-by-night. They are some where in China? Viet Nam? Korea? My visa says "HOA PHAM. WTF
I agree with most of these other posts about Mivenus. The "waterproof" boots are not actual leather, but a cheap, pretend leather-look material. The boots have no support internally. They advertise that you can get a full refund, but it is impossible to get in touch with them on Spotify. It appears to be a bogus company and already out of business. I will NEVER shop Spotify again if this is representative of the shopping service! If there was a negative number for this review, I would have chosen less than 0! I feel like such a sucker!
Their website and Facebook ads tout "easy returns" but they fail to tell you:
1) First they will claim they do not take returns.
2) then you have to point out what their website and ads say and then they say you have to return the item to CHINA. So it will cost as much to return it as it did to buy the product you can't use.
3) Their sizing chart for boots is confusing
NOTHING ON THEIR SITE SAYS THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA
This is a fraudulent company that should not be in business. Send the product back and dispute the charge with you cc company. Case closed! It will cost you $11, about what these boots are worth.
I ordered 2 pairs of boots. They took over a month to arrive and were not as advertised at all. No arch support, shoddy workmanship, overall a terrible product. I attempted to request a return but could not get a return address. They advertise all over words with friends. Do not do business with them!
Ordered a pair of boots online. Obviously, they used a different photo than the shipped product. Actual boots are nothing even close to those advertised. These are $10.00 boots at most. Quality is the worst I've seen. I would be embarrassed to put them on my feet. Response from their representative was very bad. Want me to pay shipping to China for return. Do not, repeat: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
Merchandise not as stated, cheap quality and unable to find the return address. Sketchy. Wish I had looked up their ratings before I ordered the shoes.
I did fall for those misleading pictures. The worst of the worst quality. Paid almost $70.00 dollars and trying to get my money back. I am reading those reviews and I do not understand how come USA consumers regulations do not stop this crap chinese company.
I purchased a 9 pair of shoes from Mivenus. They sent a European size 41 which equates to a 10 to 10.5. The quality of the item was also poor. After several emails with their Customer Service department (24 hours elapses between each email from them), they said I could return them for a refund. However, before they gave me the address, I had to agree to pay for the mail cost to send them to their warehouse in China. You basically can't return anything to them. Worst internet company I have ever dealt with.
Deceptive ads dont buy total junk, refuse returns website should be shut down. Fraud. Again dont buy completely different product then represented
The shoes run HUGE, they are made poorly. They insist you return them to China! Not at all what is advertised DON'T get scammed!
