Cute shoes but terrible customer service. I didn't receive my free shipping on orders over $50 for 3 orders It's been about a month now and I kept getting the run around from the customer service email and IG. Now I'm just getting ignored and my comments are being deleted.
My package never arrived and the tracking number said it was sent back to the sender due to wrong address. I proved them that it was the right address and they wanted me to pay more money for shipping, in essence they ended up charging me or ripping me off for something I never receive. They were horrible to speak to and no sympathy at all.
I've ordered from this site a couple times once in the winter for some boots and once this summer for sandals. The site is very well put together and the pictures make the shoes look so cute, but once you get them you can see right away theyre very cheap in quality and usually run one or 2 sizes too small. They'll also say a different name on the shoe like "Lemonade". I believe this company buys shoes from china for really cheap and resales them for double/triple the price. I personally wont be buyung from this site again when I can probably go on wish and get the same exact shoe for $5.
Disgusting what they're doing, i checked the return policy before purchasing and read just enough where ti stated WE PROCESS REFUNDS. However f you continue to read they then state only credit. IT SHOUD NOT BE LEGAL TO USE THE WORD REFUN IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS!
I bought a pair of cutie booties! Size fit perfect and everything! BUT not even a month after having these shoes and wearing them to my job AT A BANK! It was embarrassing to say the least that even though their shoes are cute. They are HORRIBLE quality! I was walking my customer to the door after our interaction and as I lifted my foot in walking my heel broke off! Just a clean break! All the customers were staring and I was BEYOND EMBARRASSED! I had to walk back to my desk limping! And then had to put my sandals on! Definitely do not recommend!
I placed my order 12/14/18 and the money was taken from my account on December 16 Several calls were made to ensure the shoes would arrive for my four bridesmaids before my 12/28/19 garden wedding. On January 9,2030, I received an email telling me my order has been cancelled, Now today, 1/10/20, I receive another email saying I must wait another 5 days to get my money back. AWFUL customer service
WEBSITE HAS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Shoes is definitely not true to size. I order a half size up(8 1/2) from what I normally wear (8). My 10 year old daughter that wear a 3 in kids could almost fit them. I had to pay $20 just to ship them back and they wouldn't even refund me the shipping I originally paid. When I asked why the website said true to size when they're not the answer I got is they order from different vendors they didn't know. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!
Be careful with this online shoe company. Quite often the shoes are not true to size and the shoe quality can differ from what is pictured. Also they do not offer free returns and do credit you for the trouble of having to pay for shipping shoes back for an exchange. They offer store credit only. Not so nice customer service when you email them with an issue.
I bought a pair of heels that looked cheap. It looked differently from the photos on the website. When it arrived, the heels didn't fit properly so I wanted to return them for the fact that it doesn't fit and it looked cheap. I always check sizing but usually when something does not fit, reputable customer service would be glad to help and refund the item. With Miss Lola, they told me upon the return that the item was damaged. I returned them the way it was sent to me. I never wore it out and even had to pay my own shipping for return. We have been emailing back and forth that they will not refund me for the item. This is where I decided I will no longer buy from them and letting everyone know how they will accuse you for a damage item when it was not damaged. Last final thought, I had called about this situation and the person over the phone told me this matter would only be dealt over an email. I didn't understand why I couldn't just tell that person over the phone about this matter.
First I purchased 5 items from their company. And for a month I never recurved any shipping details. So I reached out in concern. They told me that they lost my package and that they could give me a refund or store credit. I asked for a refund and a credit for the inconvenience and they told me they would only refund my money. So they hold my money for a month, lose my package, and I have to find out for reaching out myself. They would have never contacted me. And now I have to wait a week for my refund? Horrible customer service.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I purchased 3 pairs of shoes and got them fast but none of the shoes fit. I'm a size 11 and the shoes were way too small. My daughter a size 9 fit the shoes perfectly. I was also irritated to find out I pay for return shipping. They didn't care that I emailed them to say the size was not true. All they said was to return. DISGUSTING!
I have purchased 3 pairs of shoes from them on three different occasions. The items were delivered in a timely manner and the quality was amazing! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I purchased 4 pairs of shoes for almost $80, all size 7. One pair was too big & the others were too small, ok? I pay $12.50 to ship them back for a size bigger(they dont provided return labels).Then my account with them somehow no longer existed, I contacted them & they said "oh we have to talk to our IT people"(Nothing ever got done, I was told to make a new account), they said they'll give me a code to use that will be the amount I spent. By the time I was notified by their site one pair of shoes I got were back in stock, I asked them for my code, 30 mins later they are out of stock, over half the shoes(not just the ones i purchased) were out of stock or had maybe 2 sizes in stock. I waited weeks for something to be back in stock, nothing. I requested a refund & they wouldnt give me one untill I cussed them out & asked whatever happened to customer service. Save your time and money, its all cheap stuff from China they up charge on. Go to SHEIN they have good quality & I was able to return what didnt fit for a full refund no problem.
They have received my shoe return on June 4th(which i had to pay myself to usps $12) AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY REFUND BACK! REACHED OUT TO THEM AND STILL NOTHING. HIGHLY UPSET!
Don't give them your money they $#*! suck and you will be waiting on your package and you will never get it don't waste your time and money.
I have ordered from this site two times and it was horrible each time. The clothing is overpriced, you can get a lot of the same clothes at FashionNova or Laura's Boutique for cheaper. I realize this is a shoe website, so the three orders I placed were for shoes. The first order I ordered 2 pairs, one heel and one flat sandal. I ordered the shoes in size 8.5 - my size. The flat sandal was a nightmare. It was so tight that I could barely stick my foot in it, I had my 7 year old daughter try and even her little tiny foot was too wide to fit the sandal. The heels that I ordered were completely damaged. They looked like good quality online but when they arrived they were made out of plastic/foam. They had big gashes out of the foam and the cloth material at the top was not even. I contacted customer service right away and provided images. I asked them if I could replace the shoe for one that isn't damaged - they said I would need to place a new order, pay for the shoe again, and pay for shipping for the damaged shoe. What?! They sent me damaged product and expect me to pay for it to be shipping back? I was furious! I was not going to do that process. So they said they would give me credit of $8 for a new pair. With that credit I bought another pair of shoes, size 8.5 again. They were black heels. When they arrived they were huge, my mom is a size 10 and they were even too big for her. Again I was so upset but I ended up selling those online through OfferUp - I was unable to return them since they said I already purchased those through a return - which I did not, they issued the credit for their damaged shoe. Which again was only $8 when my shoe that was damaged were $30.
