FashionNova is convenient. You can buy a few things online and not break the bank, but keep in mind the quality is usually trash. I have one trench coat that is good quality and I really do like the jeans. Everything else I have ordered is such a waste. All the shirts/body suits are thing, poorly made. I ordered lingerie that already had holes in it. But everything is fairly priced. A lot of the shirts you can find else where. (Other similar online boutiques, other stores. Luckily I live in Southern CA where there are a lot of shopping options, and a lot of these stores have the same clothes - FOR CHEAPER. But again online is so convenient.) You can wear the shirts two maybe three times until they are trashed. The material is so cheap, but if you spend $20 on a shirt and wear it three times I feel like it could still be worth it. They used to have quick shipping. I could order on Wednesday and it would arrive Friday, or order Friday and it would arrive Monday... now if I place an order on Wednesday it takes until Monday. I pay for the 2 day shipping and I live in Souther CA - near their warehouse - so it really only takes 1 day. They use extremely fake models or extremely plus sized models - no in between. It is hard to look at all their clothes and image what it would look like on a body that wasn't sculpted with a scalpel. Would I continue to shop at FashionNova? Probably - but only certain items (basically jeans only). And if their shipping process seems to get slower and slower, probably not at all.

I have ordered from this site two times and it was horrible each time. The clothing is overpriced, you can get a lot of the same clothes at FashionNova or Laura's Boutique for cheaper. I realize this is a shoe website, so the three orders I placed were for shoes. The first order I ordered 2 pairs, one heel and one flat sandal. I ordered the shoes in size 8.5 - my size. The flat sandal was a nightmare. It was so tight that I could barely stick my foot in it, I had my 7 year old daughter try and even her little tiny foot was too wide to fit the sandal. The heels that I ordered were completely damaged. They looked like good quality online but when they arrived they were made out of plastic/foam. They had big gashes out of the foam and the cloth material at the top was not even. I contacted customer service right away and provided images. I asked them if I could replace the shoe for one that isn't damaged - they said I would need to place a new order, pay for the shoe again, and pay for shipping for the damaged shoe. What?! They sent me damaged product and expect me to pay for it to be shipping back? I was furious! I was not going to do that process. So they said they would give me credit of $8 for a new pair. With that credit I bought another pair of shoes, size 8.5 again. They were black heels. When they arrived they were huge, my mom is a size 10 and they were even too big for her. Again I was so upset but I ended up selling those online through OfferUp - I was unable to return them since they said I already purchased those through a return - which I did not, they issued the credit for their damaged shoe. Which again was only $8 when my shoe that was damaged were $30.
