The staff here is absolutely amazing. After I ordered the green dress, they contacted me to say that I could no longer have it and they immediately reimbursed me (which devastated me), but today I received an email telling me that things had changed and that I could now order it. I was so grateful that they e-mailed me first and let me know!

These guys repeatedly failed to follow through and did not try to sincerely work with me to resolve a return issue -- the shirt sizes were much smaller than expected, their return policy unresponsive, uncooperative, and they haven't followed through on tasks THEY offered and committed to accomplish -- consistently poor performance
