First time buying indian clothes online. Was very impressed with dress material and designs. True to on screen photos. Stitching could be a little bit better, but I understand, its online and its difficult to give measurements.
I ordered lehnga from them and they told me there was a issue with my order on the delivery date, i emailed them and they said they can't fulfil my order. Then by calling them they agreed they will try to ship it and again nothing so far been like 1 and a half month. No refund too, if i email them they say someone will get back to you so thankfully i paid through paypal and dispute the transaction. Its a scam and worst customer service. If you call them it just disconnects automatically.
I ordered an item from them in April, 2021 that took over a month and multiple phone calls to get it. They gave me additional 10% in wallet credit due to delay. Couple of months later, I wanted to use my $128 wallet credit and had trouble logging in. I had to make many calls to them with same answer each time - "our technical team is not here, we will contact you". I even gave my personal phone number to them to call me when the problem is fixed. They asked me to call 7:30 a.m. PDT which I did today. I was told that my credit has expired and can't be used anymore. I will have to create another account all together with another email ID and gave me a coupon for 10% off my first order. I didn't know that even if I had the wallet credit, only 10% of it can be used towards a purchase.
Horrible company... I placed a large order, received the order with a few items missing. Spent 7 months emailing them trying to get the issue resolved and I still haven't been refunded for the missing items. Customer service is horrible, I had to send multiple emails before getting a response. Finally gave up and decided to just take the loss rather than waste my time. Will never order from here again!

My only problem is that care instructions for the fabric (do I need to dry clean or can I hand wash), were not included but other then that... WOW! This company is great. The stitching is very professional and the shipping was very fast. I've received so many compliments on this suit! I will definitely be purchasing many more items. I live in California (L. A.) and women were actually coming up to me and asking me where I bought this. I also want you to know that I am a "plus" size woman, so I opted for custom stitching... whoever did the stitching was spot on! This fabric is absolutely beautiful; soft to the touch, it lays beautifully on my figure and flows when i am walking. I adore this suit and hope that my future purchases are just as wonderful. Ladies MIRRAW is a keeper for me. One of my friends insisted that I text her the name of this company. I would like to thank everyone who helped me to receive such a beautiful suit.
Been purchasing from mirraw.com from last year. Would highly recommend this website for online purchasing because:
* The orders are never unduly delayed.
* The suits are stitched PERFECTLY and fit very well.
* Packing is good (but I prefer one plastic bag for all the garments in an order, instead of one for each product)
* Order status is updated accordingly.
* And customer service is excellent! Responses are immediate, polite & professional.

Pathetic is the word! Its a sheer waste of your time and money to even browse their website. If this is their business model to attract clients by duping them with poor quality clothes and horrible customer service, they are in for big surprise... bankruptcy and fraud is on their way! I encourage the customers to put the charges in dispute through their credit cards... their service sucks!
Just an update to inform everyone, due to bank and paypal being useless. I contacted Trade union and the one in india, which both worked hand in hand, they both emailed the company and the company eventually refunded me.
Its a shame it had to go that way, i threatened the company with court because thats how far i would have taken it, to which trades also stated i have a solid case. Which obviously the company could not go forth with, and finally given a refund.

I bought 150 euros worth of clothing from Mirraw online.
The description stated the material, size and what you will receive.
I bought dresses as eid gifts and a nose stud as well as a packet of bindies.
The nose stud arrived broken, the bindies were the wrong ones.
The clothing are fakes not even exact replicas.
The stitching was poor (semi stitched and embroidery)
2 outfits with print design were printed diagonally on the material
The rest of the suits had diagonally embroidered design meaning none of the suits i could get stitched and will look like the picture.
When i showed the tailor they were not able to make the outfits as the designs were not matching up so the neck hole would have been slanted or bigger on one side and the pattern on the back would not be in line how its meant to be.
I got in contact with mirraw CS who was MEERA XAVIER
Now this little bitch really pissed me off, they stated
"Sorry we do not cover return shipping costs, buyer pays for returns, please do not state a custom value or write a low nominal value if we incur a customs fee it will be deducted from your refund".
Oh and they wrote the wrong value higher than the actual amount on my custom form and i had to pay customs charge which they did not reimburse for and said "we did not write a value".
Meera also said "we do not pay for quality issue returns, our goods are replicas"
Now, their description does not state replicas.
My issues were: Printed diagonally, stitched diagonally, incomplete material no chemise/ lining when stated it comes with it, broken jewellery, wrong order, description states each semi stitched suit size e.g. up to 40" chest when infact it would not even go up to 30" chest! One of the suits was a blue with pink bled material and i was given a 10" pink cloth to stitch onto a piece of blue material...
Paypal told me to send it back but heres the problem, not only have i spent 150 euros so thats like £122, but also £20 customs charge which should have been less but now royal mail do not accept 5KG parcels... FEDEX charge... wait for it... £190 international priority or £160 international economy... MORE THAN WHAT THE DAMN THINGS ARE WORTH
Paypal are no use and my bank are no use, after providing them with so much evidence they have stated they cant do anything, HENCE WHY THIS COMPANY ARE ABLE TO SCAM PEOPLE OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AND SIT BACK BECAUSE BUYERS CANT DO ANYTHING.
This company is against the trades description act, consumer goods relations and i refuse to let them get away with this there i have filed a case against them.
The materials were not even as described let alone as pictures, another which was meant to be velvet and georgette was not velvet at all and was not embroidered but had a pattern superglued on it!

From the photo i thought this to be much smaller than this we had no idea these three lines were so big. This is too big for me. What can I do now? If there was a photo of someone wearing it we would have guessed the size.
I simply felt violates and utterly cheated by this site. There is absolutely no correlation between their product pictures and the actual products.

Its over 1 year that I bought good from this company. This is fraudulent company, the goods are cheap quality. They have excuses and lies to avoid giving you a refund. Over a year now still fighting the battle to get my money back. A consultant will assist confirm they will process the refund they disappear - then another consultant says they no longer work at Mirraw. It will tak another 4 month explaining to the new agent, who will also promise to help. And the cycle continues.
I didn't look at the reviews before purchasing from mirraw but it made me nervous knowing how badly people have talked about the company. I thought I had wasted my money and had no hope of getting my order but oh my goodness

After call to company was told order would be with me for sure by next week when i need it and now ots delayed again which means the wedding i need items for i will have to buy from again!

I made 2 orders, my first order but they reported them as personal export with an inflated invoices 800$ instead of 150$ the first and 500$ instead of 100$ the second. Because of their systematic mistake I was requested to pay a very huge fee to customs in my country which I decided not to pay(almost same sum of money as my original order).
I contacted their customer support, and they know nothing and can help with absolutely nothing. They didn't correct the reported invoice to DHL and I didn't pay the huge custom fee resulting form their mistake and eventually lost my items and money!
Do not count on customer service at all. They know one sentence only. We are sorry but this is your country requesting you to pay the customs... what about your $#*!ty mistake in reporting the original sum of my purchases?!
I will write reviews on you on every website to warn people not to deal with your fraudulent website.
I ordered my dress 2 months ago. After checking the tracking info I found out Mirraw was attempting to deliver my dress to my address in another country...good luck with that. I ask them to rectify the situation and they suggested I pay for their mistake. I declined and asked for a refund. No response. Beware of the company. Very polite in correspondence, however they will do nothing.

Very much over priced. A much beautiful simple Linen sari only cost £30 has been put down for £80 or so, reduced from £224 my goodness, only because I know and have this sari bought for £30, I could do an honest review here. I will not be buying things from this website! Such a rip off!

Ignore customers queries and never response e-mail as per required. Totally dishonest way of making money...
I ordered two sets of salwar kameez, both having three in a pack. After being told I could not have sleeves as was pictured, I asked to replace the product.
It seems the two sets went to two different groups of people. One person was extraordinary helpful in allowing me to pick a replacement product. The other group of people were unhelpful. One told me it was impossible(even though someone else had helped me do the same thing). Another was rude and offered to do the job for a fee over the product's worth. I eventually had to accept their crap work and nonsense lies to get the order moving.
Sadly, one of the replacement products was not as pictures(no fault of the person in charge of that order). The other products had all had their sleeves made as small as they possibly could be, just to be spiteful(I had needed long sleeved items).
What a bunch of crooks and liars.

Beautiful products delivered quickly
Finally after many months of communications they refunded me for my return orders.
Who ever is purchasing from them make sure to save all your receipts or emails. Eventually they resolved my issue as I had all my saved communications.
Not at all the way advertised in the pictures. Too dark colors of my choice. I will not be wearing them happily! Cannot return them as they would cost money. Will not recommend anyone to by from Mirraw. Lesson learnt!

Answer: Yes they are fraud, I placed and order and just days of receiving the order I get an email that some part of my order is not available but the website still shows available and it can still reach the destination by the date I requested and my order has not even been shipped. The customer service agent was the rudest customer service representative and should not be in this job. She in fact went on to write that I only respond if I have any queries about any other products of this order or else my email will not be entertained.
