I ORDERED SUITS FROM THERE WEB SITE AND OMG ONCE I OPENED THE BOX A LOAD OF CRAP CAME OUT OF IT. I had to call Paypal and email them and fax them it took a month to get a refund and lots of stress. Plz never order from this website as there web site is FAKE

The hook of the earring is delicate as if it will break any time. The ear ring is beautiful I am very happy with the it and the delivery but I am scared if the hook is separated from the body.
The fabric and color of the dress is very nice. It is just like the picture. I am pleasantly surprised by the quality of the stitching, it was well made. Thank you!
Well on time with good quality product, same as shown in the photograph, after a long time getting the perfect product, well done Mirraw, a rare achievement.
The chain design/ links are poor, everytime the links gets twisted n jammed. Its very hard to twist the links straight. So when you wear the necklace, the links don't sit flat and straight.
Delighted with the way Mirraw and their staff dealt with our order. Delighted also with the garment and will definitely use Mirraw again once we have chosen a design!

I had to pay a huge amount of custom duty which is very unfair for the price of the saree. The I paid for the saree was too much. I decided stop buying from Mirraw.
I love the quality of saree. But blouse is nowhere close to what it looks like in the picture. And the blouse was too big. It is nowhere close to my submitted measurements. But I love the saree.
Wish it was slightly longer. The height only comes to ankle not all the way down as shown in picture, but it was not a major as I did not specify the height.
If I can Give 0 to this review I will. They are cheat and Fraud. Will take your money. I paid in full never sent my product. Trying to find out what happend no one will answer. CLOTHES ARE REALLY BAD QUALITY. DO NOT BUY, CLOSE THIS WEBSITEAND FRAUD.

I am based in Germany. I ordered a dress (order number: M*******) and when I got it (after 1000 years), I see that it is not fitting me properly! Based on my estimation, I thought of a specific size but later I found I should have gone for a different size. Ideally, in Germany or in any civilized country, you can return the product within certain days without any question or giving a proper reason. But you can return. But in Mirraw, the answer to return is NO!
First, it will take 1000 years to deliver. With the delivery process, they provide ABSOLUTELY no information/update! So you don't know what's going on with the product.
And last but not the least, they have the worst return policy on earth! Not only do you need to bear the shipping cost to India, but you also are not even allowed to return the product if it does not fit you, or if you don't like it after receiving it. So if anything seems nice to you online, you order and after receiving you see it is not what you expected, then boom! You are screwed! It's your fault and you can not send it back and they will not give you money or make any exchange!
It feels like they are some random needy people from India who desperately needs money and they will find every loophole to refuse your claim! Unbelievable!

The arm detail is not as per the picture. There is no cutout detail.
A dupatta was included which did not match at all.
The length is short and not floor length as per the picture
The dress was above my feet, even after I measured it up to the floor length, it was short.
I also asked the dress to be 1 inch longer than floor length.
This dress was custom stitched...
I like the item but the size was incorrect it was too small it stated a medium was 38 but I could even get it over my head. My advise would be to get a bigger size than needed for fitting.
