I never received my package and I contacted support and they were supposed to send a refund, but never received.
I wish I didn't have to give any star. Ordered 90%OFF2 In 1 Twist Straightening Curling Iron, got some cheap $5 flat iron. Complained, talk to some Jennifer women via email. Said I need to send it back. Post office said it will be $30 to send. I already pay $30 for a product I didn't buy. No way I`m gonna pay that. Company not willing to solve issue.
So all over facebook are these straighter/curler in one videos... I was a sucker because my daughter saw this and really wanted it... so we ordered it... unknowing it comes from china. But okay... it finally gets here. Its nothing like the videos. Doesnt curl hair very well and definitely didnt straighten it... so emailed to return/refund but their "gmail" inbox is full... there is no other way to contact them. Even found the ad again on facebook and messaged them with no response... am going to have to open a chargeback with my credit card company now... i would avoid doing business with this company at all costs in the future... did some google research their website is 4 months old. Wish I would of done research on this website before i purchased from them. ORDER #jso*******
