I only ever listed for friendships only within 40km of where I live. It didn't matter what I stated or how clear I was, I always got scammers, ladies of the night etc., trying me out. I just ignored them. I had been on the site off and on for over 2 years. A few months ago, I got a notice from them, stating they had received several complaints that a photograph was not mine. They wanted me to duplicate that pose. You would think they would investigate the so called complaints first as to why or what proof they had when complaining, Or conduct an investigation, if there had ever been any communication between myself and them. I guarantee there was none. If the people at Mingle had any common sense, first they could take a closer look at all the other photographs. They would see me wearing the same type of aviation sunglasses or the tattoos were in the same location on the arms, even if not legible. Or they could contact me as they had both mobile number and email. They could ask where the photograph was taken. I could tell them the Country and Hotel. Nah that would be using their brains, They wanted me to travel hundreds of kilometres, pay expensive airfares just to retake that photo. Just how stupid are those people? Don't answer that, they have to be Democrats, as nobody else could be that stupid. I would never go back to that useless site run by buffoons, for all the tea in China.

Fake profiles, Fake photos. You name it and it's there. I've only met one legitimate woman there and the rest are scammers. Do not trust the women on this website.

Im shocked and disgusted at how far these men will go to suck you in.The romantic loving words the intention to love only you marry you. The fabulous photos and profiles but the romance and love notes where do they get this stuff from. MELT your heart. Then when they finally call you.! You find out they are from Nigeria Africa somewhere anywhere but where they say they are from New York California and Florida the hot pics omg what a total scam to get your money

Have been on the site off and on for a couple years. Have yet to meet anyone who is not a head case. Seriously. One was a drunk, one went back to boyfriend she broke up with the night before our first date, another after about 4 months runs into old high school flame and hopes I'll understand that she is dumping me for him, another became excessively possessive after a weekend getaway, and demanded 6 text messages a day on her schedule. Yeah. Stable. Right now however my profile is banned and I've had no communication from the company as to why. No warnings for any potentially objectionable behaviour or posts, just *bam* the profile is locked out.

This has to be the worst online dating site I've come across. Honestly 99.*******% of all profiles on Mingle2.com are scammers.
These Scammers use other folks' photos, which are easily discovered thru Google Picture search and other search engines.
The Scammers use all the well established practices of a scammer: terrible grammar skills, wanting your cell phone number, trying to get you to delete your account right a way.
I played with one scammer, just for fun and within a day they told me how deeply in love they are with me, then they came at me with an incredibly lame sob story, trying to hustle me for money. I got their information and reported them to various agencies and online date scam sites.
The Owners of this site truly don't give a $#*! about the Scammers, they make up idiotic excuses.

Stay Off MINGLE2.com... the place is a nest of Scammers...

I posted a nice full length picture of myself taken outside after riding my bike. I had sunglasses on and was appropriately clothed for bike riding. This site took it upon itself to delete my photo without prior notice, saying that a close up picture showing my face would get my profile more attention. I was getting more than enough attention from men across the country, some saying they loved the smile on my face. Very disappointed in a site that in essence played Nazi. I am a 58 year old woman and know what is appropriate.

Total scam. Agreed to the $5 and some change for a month and they took out $69.99. Don't dig into this $#*!. I'm going to have fun trying to get my money back and it's going to cost me a hell of a lot more to do it but I ain't worried about that. Need to stop these $#*!ing scammers

I have been in different dating but Mingle is really trying. It is here where i found my better half... my Mr right... We have been dating for a while and now we are planning for our wedding... we have set the date and everything is planned... I am a kenyan and i met my dutch man here. Thankyou so much Mingle... You will meet fake people, scammers but dont give up... really people are there... genuine people do exist... keep on searching.

The have tons of scam but then put regular people through hoops to use the app. Dont bother with this one or end up giving phone number to scam or having to prove yourself. I was gonna buy till they put me through hoops. I got used to scammers. But that turned out bad for me so I just deleted app.

Terrible experience full of scammers, and insulting forum regulars playing their silly little troll games. Extremely poor moderation of posts. There was a very limited amount of genuine people there looking for dating or a real relationship. That's what you get from a free dating site.

The paid upgrade gives you little more than what you get from the free membership. Don't waste you're money

Don't bother wasting your time and go to a paid professional dating/singles matching website.

Mingle2 is a money vacuum con site with bunch of fake accounts and scammers asking for money transfers. Another way they make money once they enticed you into subscription they put you on automatic renewal and recurring payments. They make it very confusing and complicated to cancel.
I started questioning Mingle2 when a woman I corresponded with put up super sexy photos where she looked very differently. Of course her next step was asking me for money.
I left Mingle2 when I saw two scammers who I reported appear again with the same photos but different names. It was the final straw.
