Totally disgraceful behavior, this person is supposedly running a business, i have never dealt with anyone this bad before, i simply wanted a refund for items purchased from him as they were no good for my use, i got no reply to the several emails i sent, no doubt he will now reply and try to put himself in a good light, not to be trusted. More ersatz than sonderklasse, buy from this seller at your peril.
As you can see from the photos below, the items purchased on this site do not match their descriptions in any way, whether it be in shape, model or size. The quality of the products is noticeably lower than stated as well.
To the letter I wrote I received nothing but insolence and a ton of disrespect. I am totally dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, so I would not recommend anyone to buy anything there.
The seller's excuse is that the reproduction does not have to match what is shown in the demonstration photos, which is absurd.
UPD:
The statement about the ring box is a lie. Later I ordered it from another website (Epic Militaria) that sent me a copy that exactly fits the image this seller is using.
Should be zero stars. My order never arrived. Contacted seller who then asked me for my address and then blanked me. I think the website is fake.
Why not email me? Rather than go straight for the scam option? We were one of the 1st sellers on the internet not some fly by night operation, our site has been trading since 2002. Look us up
I bought a Kriegsmarine officers uniform from Militarism.net but it was too small,,I contacted them and Maureen who I dealt with was more than helpful getting me a bigger size sent out quickly... Highly recommended A*****
I have been purchasing from this site for quite some time now, and have been a recurring customer since early 2022, i can say their products are very high quality and worth purchasing, I have had no trouble at all with this website until recently, where my order did not arrive and was returned to the sender with no explanation from their customer service team, all they did was send me a link to their blog about how they will no longer send parcels to my country, without reason, despite this experience, I've been buying from militaria-net for quite some time without issue and the products are very high quality, as of writing I'm still waiting on a refund so this review may be revised in future. Wonderful products.
We need to wait for parcels to be returned because of the amount of scammers. IRISH customs have been a nightmare for us, we have lost so much time and money that Ireland is now the only country in the world we no longer ship to. We ship to plenty of far more exotic locations, India, Peru, Thailand, china, Israel and never had any problems, but the Emerald Isle seems intent on illegally refusing my parcels. This is not my fault
The most appalling customer service ever.
The replies I received back about a faulty item were dry, unenthusiastic, uncooperative, rude and lazy. I was polite and explained how sorry I was for having to email about the item. He/She didn't seem to know how to handle the criticism on the product and took absolutely no responsibility.
I will not be buying from here again - I cannot fathom anything worse than knowing my hard earned money is going to someone who can't even use punctuation or capital letters.
I would NOT recommend buying from here unless you want to be told to "$#*! off."
Site owner here.This guy i think is retarded, last year he bought our cheapest budget ski cap, returned it saying it was faulty, 6 months later buys the same cap and then wants to return it again for the same reasons. 99% of our customers our great but 1% are real idiots and i am happy to tell them so.

I ordered a nazi party flag, a ss flag and a armband. It came very quickly and it as a very good quality. Anthony is a very nice guy. I am very happy with my purchase. I recommend the store. Keep going with the very good job
Militaria Net has always exceeded expectations with their customer service and quality of products. In particular, I have always found that Anthony listens to his customers and dies his best to find top quality products while other vendors churn out the same cheap Chinese copies. The SonderKlasse range of medals he offers is a good example. For years re-enactors have been left with poor quality offerings as many European producers left the market. Anthony seeing this gap in the market has sought out new suppliers and is now the only one offering these quality products at reasonable prices. Furthermore, he will always go the extra mile to ensure the customer needs are met and is proactive in contacting customers when there is a problem. He is also great at offering solutions to his customers. Militaria Net is by far one of the best re-enactment retail sites in Europe.
Hi, I ordered 15 ss ring boxes and received 15 ss ring boxes with the worst ss runes that screen reproduction.im trying to get my money back but no response... im out 150gbp and stuck with the worst ring boxes ever.the ss ring box on their site looks original... totally false advertising

I also returned 5 ww2 partisan badges because they were not as described and I'm owed 312gbp. Anthony/militaria net has had all of the stock for 1 week now with no refund in sight.so it's starting to look like he has ripped me off 312 GBP. Lets see how honest militaria net is. I am the owner, i can confirm the boxs are the same as on the site, even this guys photo proves it. I suspect he changed his mind and didnt want the boxes. The guy got very abusive and threatening. I gave him my address for returns so was not sure what the problem was. He claims are false and therefore libel

Australia Post lost our parcel and Anthony not only tracked it down but also repacked and reset the order with additional items requested with no trouble at all. Thankyou for you prompt response. Just got my order for the German officers jackboots. They look really good, happy that they are knee high too. Would have liked to see more pictures on the site of the boots. They deviated a little bit from the images but altogether look really good. Wish there was also the option to have slip resistant soles

Wow, this guy was an absolute pain. Customers with no knowledge of original items are too time consuming and impossilbe to deal with, yes the ring box is different because the old maker stopped making them, but it was the same size, the other items are the same as pictured. The guy seems a bit crazy so i told him to shop elsewhere.
