I'm really tired after a work day so I just try to relax by many ways in order not to overload my organism. In the past, I entertained myself with various board games and they enjoyed me a lot. Nevertheless, I got rid of this habit and started to run my evenings as an ordinary person, in front of the TV, laying on the couch. However, everything has changed after I detected this service. There are plenty of games and I decided to try wargaming. Actually, that was the best finding in my life. I have been playing wargaming for couple of months and it delights me a lot actually. Thanks to the service.

The products were great, but the site wasn't as clear as it should have been. For example, there was no indication of the shipping time and browsing the products was quite an annoying experience (way too many different transfers, mixed along the products I was looking for and it wasn't clear at all for which product the transfers were). The packaging was also not great. It arrived in a plastic bag, because of which some of the bits were already bent or broken before I unpacked it. The instructions of how to assemble the miniatures could also have been better. It's pretty much a listing of the parts, with sometimes a remark that it only goes with certain other parts. But the quality and details on the miniatures is amazing, so that's a huge plus and I'll definitly order from them again.

Bought the late Anglo Saxons/Danes (both huscarls and warrior packs). Would have bought the Viking box as well but was out of stock. Also bought both Viking and Anglo Saxon shield transfers and banners.
The level of detail on these miniatures is brilliant. The best plastic figures you can buy. Indeed, the detail is better than that on metal figures. Having assembled and painted some of these miniatures I can say that there are some mould lines. However they are easy to remove with a sharp model knife. The number of poses you can create is a real plus set for these miniatures. No two figures should look the same and you can create some really characterful poses. Oh and you get ample accessories like spare weapons so your warriors can be properly topped up!
My only real gripe is the absence of missile troops in this range. Archers and slingers are definitely needed and I don't want to use another figure manufacturer as the quality just isn't the same. Overall, what a great range of figures and decals and such brilliant company to deal with (communication is second to none and check out their Facebook page for regular news updates).

I was a bit worried I would not receive my order prior to leaving for a two week vacation. I didn't know if my order would be shipped via UPS or USPS. I can place a hold on USPS mail delivery but without shipping information I can't do the same with UPS. I was very pleased my order arrived the day before I was scheduled to leave by UPS. Everything was there and in great shape. My only bit of criticism is the lack of a tracking number. I have purchased quite a few things from Britain from RC tank parts to miniatures and books and I've always had a tracking number provided. It would start out obviously, as Royal Mail and transition to the receiving agencies shipping method. I was wondering if Victrix normally doesn't provide shipping numbers or if it was an oversight in this case? It would be nice to have one provided for future orders. At any rate I am pleased with my last order and look forward to future purchases.

Although there was a couple of weeks delay from the intended release date to ensure quality, when they finally arrived I can say that the level of detail was wonderful. The numerous body, arm, head, weapon and accessory options mean that you are not repeating the same poses across the 60 miniatures - 48 warriors (6 sprues of 8 poses) and 12 command (2 sprues of 6 poses - Jarl, Champion, Berserkers and Standard/Shield Bearers).
Highly recommended - and looking forward to more Anglo-Saxon, Norman and Crusader figures in the pipeline.
