The most appalling customer service ever.
The replies I received back about a faulty item were dry, unenthusiastic, uncooperative, rude and lazy. I was polite and explained how sorry I was for having to email about the item. He/She didn't seem to know how to handle the criticism on the product and took absolutely no responsibility.
I will not be buying from here again - I cannot fathom anything worse than knowing my hard earned money is going to someone who can't even use punctuation or capital letters.
I would NOT recommend buying from here unless you want to be told to "$#*! off."

Site owner here.This guy i think is $#*!ed, last year he bought our cheapest budget ski cap, returned it saying it was faulty, 6 months later buys the same cap and then wants to return it again for the same reasons. 99% of our customers our great but 1% are real idiots and i am happy to tell them so.
