“They are doing their best”

Gael S.
1/6/24

I have seen their recent update that was back in the previous month where they are trying to expierement with the embedding of their own "chatgpt", don't remember how it's called, but it serves as a help for a user which can literally do everything for you. Recent times microsoft started to delight me by the updates, earlier there were dry security updates and some minor fixes, but now it seems to me they are really doing their best to deliver quality solution.

“Sims4 expansion pack cost”

Cait K.
2/16/24

This company literally sucks. I was on the phone for over an hour with three different people because sims 4 says the snowy escape expansion pack is 19.99 and EA shows 35.99. The representatives saw the same thing and that the price was recently adjusted, YET they could not price match and now want me to contact the developer. Utter BS. Just want to boycott the whole entire system and this screwed up multibillionaire company.

It was very interesting for me to read your post. And if you want to find more information about microsoft products or purchase it, then you can look at this site https://gosoftwarebuy.com/product-category/office! Regardless of whether you work at home or in the office, the Office category provides tools to help you stay on top. I think it will be very useful for many people!

Whenever I write to the support, I do not get any answer. This does not happen often, so there is actually no reason to "not take me serious", like "oh, again she". Whats even worse: the company bans me and I get some sort of mailer demon in return for my mails. You cant reach them, you cant ask them anything, client service is zero. I am sort of really pissed of. Where is the freedom of speech and the pleasure of service

Update: Actually they reacted. Let us see, what happens. Maybe I will be able to get more data compliant with a new inbox for my brand. That would be cool enough. I will keep this updated.

UM

The reliability of this company is not great. I work with something I cannot rely because I do not know what else to use in case I want to add another inbox with my credentials/domains, etc.

I would linke to say that Microsoft Office is good Produkt From Microsoft.

So, what do I actually like the most? Well, the first thing is the good quality of the Microsoft Office. And another aspect I like is Microsoft OneDrive inclusion.

Did not know Microsoft is behind all the great programs we use. Very important. Easy to use and also you are able to use other platforms with Microsoft. Great opportunity. But bad cell phones. They suck.

It is best to do a manual update to Win10. It is painless and straight forward for any activated Win PC. But there will come a time when you encounter problems and Micrsoft or any "gurus" that sprung up like mushrooms within a day or 2 of the official release advised to "reset". Even if you have to reset select "maintain your existing file" rather than "clear the existing apps, settings, files". I am talking through experience here where my keyboard/mouse/USB drivers are not loaded after Win10 reset, therefore leaving me stuck staring at the "lock screen". I can do a format and reinstall Win10 with the risk of not getting the copy of Win10 not activated. Because the Serial number of Win10 is a generic number from my Win PC, I had checked on my 1- Win7 (same number), 3- Win8.1 (same number) except the product ID is different. These number cannot be used as "your own" copy serial number. Whatever you DO NOT RESET your Win10 (bcoz any marginal compatible/updated drivers) will be deleted. So now I have to down grade back to my previous Win 7 Ultimate version update all the drivers back and do a manual update to Win 10 again after Win7 is activated.(Fingers crossed)

The basic version of Office 2010 does not include Outlook Features. On many business/ Bank websites, if you try to post an e-mail from within the open pages, the format that opens is based on Outlook.
It results in the mails, not dispatched, in most cases. To buy add-on Outlook is about $120. I normally do not need Outlook for my own mails except on occasions when an information is to be submitted

The site is full of actually useful utilities for Windows. Taking into account the site is safe - its a nice place to download most basic software avoiding thorough searches all over the net.

Microsoft is a well-known company providing outstanding software but the problem is that they take really long time responding to the error issues when you get problems with the soft.

Purchasing software from Microsoft presents a mixed bag of experiences. On the plus side, their product range is extensive, covering a wide range of productivity and entertainment solutions. Additionally, their website is user-friendly, making it easy to browse and order items. However, the downside is the inconsistency in delivery times. While some orders arrive promptly, others face unexpected delays without clear communication. Furthermore, the difficulty in reaching customer service for assistance adds to the frustration. In summary, while Microsoft offers convenience and a diverse product range, improvements in delivery reliability and customer service responsiveness are necessary for a more seamless shopping experience.
