I am writing this review after my terrible experience with Micromax. I have bought a LED TV through Flipkart on 6/05/2015 and from the very first month the speakers of the LED TV starts giving problem, now its three months problem is still not resolved. They have changed the speakers of my TV three times but its still now working. I have logged the complaint and now its 10 days no action taken by the micromax, they just sell their product and forget about the after sales service. They claim to be the world most customer centric company but they do not know how to treat their customers and resolve their issues, i had to get back to them again and again. My advice to all the people who are the prospective users of Micromax please think before you buy any thing from micromax try to think other better options. My wishes with the people who buy stuff from micromax. God bless you with the patience.

One of the worst service of micromax mobile, if negative marking available I am giving -1000 out of 100. Service center person never know how to give commitment time to customer and how to speak with customer. In warranty period my mobile never sent to company till 9 days and when I asked about my phone they told me company person will come today and collect phone, so what did they do with my phone from last 8 days and after further argument by me they told me if u want to repair then told us otherwise we will give u back your phone, so is it the way to talk with customer.

Pls pls pls never buy micromax mobile and do not beleive after sales service of them.
