I bought two dresses for my daughter from Mia Belle that ended up not fitting along with just being overall cheap quality. Because of this I needed to return them. This company does not provide you with a return shipping label if items do not work. I ended up having to pay $24 to ship two dresses back to Mia Belle. Once they received the items, they told me that their team reviewed the return and that I was only eligible for store credit. I have never encountered a clothing company that operates in this way. It is a COMPLETE SCAM. Do not buy from this company.
We ordered flower girl dresses for my wedding over two months ago and they never arrived. There is no tracking available and customer service has not responded to any messages sent to them. I have also tried calling but their phone line is currently down "due to Covid."

Mia Belle Baby does not respond to any calls, emails or chats. They have horrible customer service and the quality is also awful. The costume I received my daughter completely fell apart after wearing it once. I would never buy from them again.
I ordered from Mia Bella Girls for a Halloween costume on September 10. Today is October 26 and only a portion of my daughter's Halloween costume has even made it here, let alone been shipped. I have reached out to customer support several times over the last few weeks and they also couldn't promise me that it would arrive in time for Halloween. I have had to order backup Halloween costumes and accessories, which is annoying since I was proactive and ordered a costume well in advance of the holiday. I will not be ordering from them again. There's a good chance if I tried to order something in time for a specific holiday or within a season for my daughter that it would arrive too late. I'm not sure how someone operates a business like this. Very disappointing.

I wish I could give them zero star. Quality of material is bad. Delivery time took over a month as it kept saying it's coming from out of country. I chose this boutique as it claims all products made in the USA to support home grown businesses but it's a lie, the stuff is made in China with poor quality. I had ordered 4 pieces for my baby and 2 dresses for myself. None of the items received had a tag as if it was someone else's worn clothes that I spent $300 on it. I would never put on such cheap bad quality fabric on my baby's soft skin so I asked for return labels. I was told unless clothes have tags they won't accept returns even though I had mentioned to them my concern about receiving these items without tags. I literally wasted my money and the clothes are sitting in a corner of the closet either throw it away in garbage or donate it.

We finally received the girls boots with butterfly wings that attached. The first day the snP broke off the butterfly wing, very poorly made and designed. They sent me a label to return but only enough postage for a small envelope so I had to pay an additional $8.00 just to return them. Poor quality merchandise and even worse customer service.

The actual product I received looks so cheap and ugly. The material, design, and color is worse than a $5 swimsuit. It's just the same pattern from its website. Sara, customer service supervisor, refused to refund to my original payment and issued the store credit. The company takes an advantage of online shopping. I should've checked BBB for 60 complaints in addition to the company unsolved complaints for past 12 months. Don't get fooled by the pretty pictures. It's totally scam.

I started shopping here and thought wow this stuff is cute. OMG! So all of the shoes have come from an Asian name... horrible quality and that's the ones I actually received. I think the little elves were sitting there stitching them because it took forever to receive. Then after each purchase with them, my credit card was compromised. I contact them about my missing items and I swear... dumb as rocks. They kept saying sorry about my pair of shoes and I could have a store credit. I said ok it is clearly there on my order history that it is 3 pair missing and I want a refund. They said ok and then gave me some random small amount back. Ridiculous.

This is a terrible company, with terrible customer service! They sporadically ship your items out and you never know when you'll get them. Also, they take no care in how they package the items... many items came completely ruined! They will be rude to you and will argue with when you have issues about anything! I wasted hundreds of dollars on this company - their clothes aren't true to size and made cheaply in China! Not wasting any more money on them! Don't bother buying from them!

We do not compile all the items on an order and ship it out in one box. However, items from the same facility will ship together. Don't expect returns, refunds or customer service if you are dealing with this company. I cancelled the order within 24 hour period and they still shipped the order. I refused delivery and sent it back. Still waiting for refund. Seems like they make money by cheating people.

I bought 2 dresses, boots and a hat for pictures with Santa. Everything got delayed. The dresses were poor quality. The hat shows that they delivered it but I never received it. It is being shipped from overseas (China). I tried to address this but no response. The boots are back ordered until January. I have asked to cancel them since I won't need them. I live in Florida and only ordered them for a picture. I have called and emailed about cancelling the boots. I get a response of best regards.

I purchased mint swimsuit for over 30$, and I received blue color. Originally there were two colors for option, one is pink, the other is mint. This is really really poor quality of made in china, there is no brand name tag, now size tag. It's waste your money, avoid this site and company.
Do not buy anything from this poor excuse of a company. I ordered a pair of sandals for my daughter for Valentines day back in January, they finally arrived the middle of March. The shoes were extremely small, definitely not true to size, so I sent them back. Well it's June now and we still don't have any shoes and they will not respond to any of my inquiries. Its absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous. I honestly don't know how they haven't been shut down, they sit on a throne of lies.

This company does not have it together! Have been told 3 different days my item will ship and finally just got a notice that it is shipping today and won't be here for my daughter to trick or treat in. I ordered an Elsa outfit and wand, The site didn't list the fabric or country of origin, but I wasn't concerned if I was not satisfied with the product since underneath the item it said "free returns." There was no disclaimer so I assumed "free returns" referred to exchanges, credits and refunds. There was a list of excluded items that included Halloween costumes, but since this item said it could be used as a Halloween costume as well as listing other purposes (and I ordered it in July so it was clearly not for Halloween), I assumed that meant it was not included as an excluded "Halloween costume," especially since it specifically said "free returns." As far as the wand, there was a list of items that were not eligible for returns that included accessories, but they listed examples of accessories as hats, jewelry, socks, tights. Since the wand was nothing like the wearable examples, I did not assume it was considered an excluded accessory. I received the items and both were from China. I was concerned since clothing and toys have tested positive for harmful chemicals so I opted to take advantage of the "free return." Both items were rejected. They told me that the outfit WAS considered a Halloween costume so it could not be refunded, and the wand was considered an accessory so it could not even be returned for credit. Any credit would be useless for me anyway since I had no trust in this company after this transaction. I have disposed of the items and filed formal complaints against this company for misleading advertising. Very unfortunate.
The quality is fine. It just isn't the colour I thought I was ordering. I do not like a lighter jean coloured and judging by the photos on the website I was buying a darker denim vest. I will no longer purchase from this site due to the product not being as advertised.

We love this dress so much! A bummer we cant show it off at easter dinner this year with everyone self isolating but pictures are so cute! My little is on the small side of a 2t and this dress was a bit tight. If I ordered again I would definitely order up a size. The colors and design are adorable though!
This outfit was just as cute on my daughter as it is in the pictures! She even wears the infinity scarf, which is a huge deal, because she sensory issues from her autism and doesn't wear anything around her neck!

Answer: You can use a handheld steamer to warm and re-shape the netting on the dresses. Or hang the dress in a closed-door bathroom with a hot shower to create steam for around 15 - 20 minutes. Basically, the dress needs steam to be warmed up to be shaped. Great Question!
