This is absolutely ridiculous I placed an order in Nov 2023 for an elf outfit for Christmas eve. Noone will get in touch with me. My daughter is crying cause she won't get the one outfit she asked to wear thanks for breaking a 5 year olds heart awesome job
So disappointed in this company. Bought shoes for my granddaughter. She wore them maybe twice and all the rhinestones started falling out! They did not honor any return or exchange because she wore them! Not ok! As pricey as they were they should have lasted more than 2 times wearing them! So disappointing!

I ordered on May 30th. I have received one item of the 5 I ordered. It is now July 6th and the other 4 pieces have not been received by the shipping company. When I inquired, I was told customs takes a long time. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you want to receive your order in a timely fashion.

My granddaughter is going into preschool very soon and I wanted her to have a special dress to wear that day but not a fussy one. This fits the bill. My daughter sent me a picture and said she immediately put it on and refused to take it off!

I ordered a costume for my daughter. After two weeks I still had not received shipping information despite the website saying item was in stock and would ship in 2-5 days.
I emailed and got no response. I emailed two more times and received an auto generated email that did not even answer my question or resolve my issue. I emailed a 4th time asking for a refund and order cancelation...NO RESPONSE!

I placed a large order. When some items didn't arrive when needed, I contacted them to cancel those items. I was told it couldn't be done because they were in transit. That was over a month ago. Those items still haven't arrived and they were ordered 2 months ago. Had to write customer service twice to get an answer which was not prompt at all. Items that were sent were overstuffed into a bag that was too small. Their phone is not in service so all contact must be done by email. Horrible company.

I bought a dress and I contacted Mia belle to let them know that the dress that I bought is not what I expected as it shown in the picture. There are some pulls from the dress. They told me I can return with everything attached to the dress but I have to pay for a shipping label which is I just had it one day in my hands nothing stains never wore. I tried to log in to their website but my email not to be found or not registered! It is ridiculous I used same email account even receive a email about my concern but my email is not registered to them. This site is a scam! Don't fall for the beautiful picture as it's not what it looks like in hands. Cheap material! Waste of money! Don't trust this

Her first Daddy Daughter Dance was a total hit! Even at dinner they were approached saying how beautiful her and her dress were. This dress is well made, but wrinkles easily…. We purchased the shoes here as well and those we're adorable! I highly recommend this company! We will be buying a lot more!

I placed an order and received a confirmation number on April 7,2020. My account was charged on April 8,2020. I can't get any answers and no idea when or if my order will even ship. Very dissatisfied. This is a scam. Do NOT order from them. Today's date is May 16,2020.
One star is too many. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, qualifying for a discount because of third pair. I waited semi-patiently for 6 weeks. Two pairs were delivered, with no indication of what happened to third pair. They reduced my refund by the discount, even though it was their incompetence and failure. They also refused to refund a third of my $30 delivery charge. They are crooks.
First I confuse buying products like shoes from any online shopping. Because I was not sure about the quality. I had a problem whether those were exactly like in photos. But, once I got to know about you, I felt that this is the best place to deal especially with shoes.

I purchased A dress and hat. I did not receive any labels or receipts for the items. It looks like it came from Wish. It was made cheap and the hat that they recommended on the website to go with the dress was TWO completely different colors. This company tries to keep ur money by not returning emails or phone calls.

I really enjoy everything I've bought from this company. It clearly says when you scroll down under the items that estimated shipping time is 28-30 days. The outfit sets are adorable! Now, I will say if you're ordering thinking it's an outfit that's going to be handed down to your 3 other girls- eh, no. That being said wash on delicate and don't shove stuff in the dryer that is 100% cotton and you'll be fine. As for the fit, always go up a size or two based on how the item looks cut. Loose and flowy, 1 size, more form fitting 2 sizes.

Warning! Do not order from this company. They sell defective product made of extremely cheap materials. The shoes I received had several flaws in the stitching, material is cheap, and the sizing is way off. After several emails and many pictures sent to them they are refusing to refund my money, stating that the issues I mentioned do not fall into there refund reasons. They leave me no other choice but to report these horrible business practices to the BBB.

I ordered matching swimsuits for my daughter and granddaughter March 18th. After 3 weeks the one for my granddaughter arrived, quality wasn't great you could tell it's cheaply made and will only last thru a few uses but it was fine for the purposes we needed it for. As for the adult suit it never arrived. I've emailed customer service many times and always get told it's lost in the mail. They give new tracking numbers which also never arrive. Today is 4/29 and I still have received nothing. I requested a refund for that portion of the order and they refuse, saying it's in the mail and hope I enjoy the product. I will never order from this retailer again.

I'm shocked by the number of negative reviews for Mia Belle Baby Online... I've had a totally opposite experience with this company.
I have nine - yes 9 - grandchildren and often send baby gifts. My "go to" gift for a new baby is a year of outfits - one in each age size - for the newbie. The items usually ship within a few days and I've only once had a delivery issue. This is a great company with quality products at very reasonable prices. Answer: You can use a handheld steamer to warm and re-shape the netting on the dresses. Or hang the dress in a closed-door bathroom with a hot shower to create steam for around 15 - 20 minutes. Basically, the dress needs steam to be warmed up to be shaped. Great Question!
