Bought 3 light sabers and a princess Leia dress. I just received the light sabers after 3 weeks and they do not look anything like the pictures or description mia belle gave. They don't even change colors. I'm still waiting on the dress at this time which my daughter will not have to wear tonight for the Halloween party due to very slow shipping. This is unacceptable. I better be able to return the light sabers without any issue.

I have $150+ of Mia Belle Girls gift cards issued last year expiring in just two weeks, and when I went to use them on the website on Aug 17th, 2024, it says "Enter a valid discount code or gift card". They do not work! I emailed cs at miabellebaby.com on Aug 17th, 2024 and still have not received any response as of Aug 22,2024. The phone number listed on the Facebook page is out of service, and there is no phone number or chat on the website. I only have the gift cards because the orders didn't arrive on time last year, and I had to return the items. Mia Belle Girls is nothing but a scam because they have issued me invalid gift cards and do not respond to emails.
I'm here to complaint on Mia Belles customer service or lack of customer service.
I submitted a return request on a pair of shoes that were too small even though I sized up as advised on their website. I was never emailed the shipping label to return the shoes. It's been over 10 days and still no reply to a number of emails I have sent them.
I made the mistake of referring Mia Belle to friends and family, now I will make sure to tell everyone to stay away!

I received my order today, I thought this clothing was made in the USA and that I was supporting American made products. To my surprise the tags all say made in China, and to hand wash everything after use. How disappointing. Thank God I didn't pay full price. The quality is not to my expectations especially if I can't hand wash.
The photos online are deceiving.
If I could rate zero I would but I wasn't given that choice. The cardigan looks nothing like the photo on line. None of this clothes does.
I ordered a Christmas outfit on 12/10. Received email saying it doesn't ship until 12/15. No problem. On 12/15 received email stating this item won't be shipped until Dec 31st. That sucks. Then the email said 1/4. Here I am, Jan 8, no outfit. No Christmas outfit, that I no longer need. I left comments on their Facebook posts and they blocked me instead of addressing the issue.

My son bought a witch tutu costume (purple) cost WITH A HUGE DISCOUNT around 55 dollars. The broom was marked $22 with a discount to $13 dollars and it's not worth more what you would spend at the dollar tree. I am completely floored. The costume is not even as described and made with cheap materials. Again, floored. They are extremely expensive. And the clothing looks so beautiful that they sell. If this is any indicator of their products, I advise you to not waste your money. Not to mention their costumer service is so horrible and no way to reach anybody. I had to go through PayPal to get someone to answer and deliver package. This company is a complete scam with those prices. I'm still in shock. Complete waste of money, thank god my husband bought her another witch costume from Amazon for 30 with a broom and well worth it. This company is a sham. Beware

We kindly ask that you adhere to and ship the item back with USPS no later than October 30th to qualify for the refund of the item.
Per the instructions in the email sent on 10/16/2023, line #4 states: Returns should be mailed within 14 days of receiving the prepaid return label. Returns mailed outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
As written in the Paypal response, we will honor the refund if you return the items and have them mailed back to us by October 30th. Mailing on or after 10/31 will result in a rejection due to late mailing of the item being considered outside the policy. As of today, the tracking does not reflect the package has been scanned into the USPS system. Please mail the item back to us within the next 5 days to be eligible for the refund.

Order #******* on Nov 10,2022. Ordered over $270 for two outfits. No indication that products sourced from China until after placed order. Then email states overseas fulfillment and give 18 - 21 BUSINESS DAYS before delivery. Two hair bows ($17.99 each) never received. After I sent two emails asking for updates I finally hear from them after Christmas and they tell me to go find the package with DHL. Then they tell me to find it with USPS. Then they send tracking proof on one of the packages that contained and skirt, blouse set, only. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Also there is no contacting them by phone. Email only and they take days to respond.

The tracking we were issued from our overseas fulfillment center indicated the hair clips were included in the tracking number 4204200192748902849690000168939788 with an outfit.
When we checked our fulfillment center site they provided us with the above tracking number, and when checked, the package indicated the items were combined into one shipment, which is why we requested you to check and verify if the items were moved or picked up by another individual at the delivery location. When we searched the tracking link provided by our fulfillment center, the link came back as a combined tracking number and showed delivered 12/12/2022.

I had been satisfied in the past, until a recent order which I never received ordered over 2 months ago. I called customer service twice having to leave a message, but never received a phone call back. I reached out via email a few times, each time a new customer service rep would respond requesting the same order information. Then finally I acknowledged that my order was lost, and could send an in-store credit. When I told them I would like a credit, no one would ever send the promo code for the credit. This has been going on for two weeks now. Customer service offers no help.

I ordered an outfit for a birthday gift and now I'm unable to get any information/service. I've emailed twice and nothing. -The package was delivered after 57 freaking days.
-Only one dress was delivered and they are not responding for the other missing dress(sent 4 mails on missing dress). Outright scammers.
- The one delivered dress was okay with good fitting but came in a tightly bundled package (all the floral decorations crumbled).
Will never shop with them again. Had i seen the reviews would not have bought here!

Answer: You can use a handheld steamer to warm and re-shape the netting on the dresses. Or hang the dress in a closed-door bathroom with a hot shower to create steam for around 15 - 20 minutes. Basically, the dress needs steam to be warmed up to be shaped. Great Question!
