Do not use this merchant at all. If you get very little disputes in comparison of the number of transactions you process, they will hold your account with no prior warning. Before they paused our account, they started holding 10% per sale without our knowldge and of course they did not say anything to us. All the sudden they were holding more than $******* of sales. Also few days before valentine the worst time to hold the account, they hold all of the sales transactions causing us thousands of dollars losses. Can you really trust a company like them. You call them, they put you on hold for a very long time, they answer you vaguely, do not give you straight answers.
Merchant focus and EVO are absolutely terrible.
Don't get fooled, compare prices, do your research but don't use these guys.
They promise a lot but when the bill will come it will be full of surprises such as additional fees, minimum fees, monthly fees, and a staggering $75/month for PCI Compliance.
