They will not contact u or give u any way to contact them. They just take your money. Rip off. Paid and got nothing no response. Must fight credit card company to get money back.

The shipping stinks, the quality stinks and to top it off, they DO NOT give REFUNDS. Keep your money or give it to charity because you will get junk and you will regret ordering anything from them or any other FB sites. They are out to get your money.
I have been tracking my order since i received the actual tracking number, as of wednesday 04/29/2020@ 6:20pm CST my package had arrived in Los Angeles airport, well on 04/30/2020 their system (melaninful.com) was not only showing that my tracking number is not valid but AWAITING TO BE PICKED UP! From that moment forward i have sent numerous emails requesting my FULL refund be returned to my account and i also sent an email from my paypal account requesting the same. I have yet to receive a response from this company and today is 05/02/2020. LEGALLY they (melaninful.com) is liable for their company's system as well as their company's actions when the Customer IS NOT at fault!
I ordered from their website but it's been more than a month. There is not even a contact number. They claim to be based in USA but the address on their website is an address of a shipping company and nothing more. They are clearly scamming black people for money. I even heard that they are not even black owned, how disgusting is that!
Please DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Their response emails are written in broken English.

I placed an order the beginning of July. I waited 3 weeks no item. When I received the package it wasn't what I ordered. I sent an email and was told I can't return it. Because all item are custom made. By the way the retun address is in Texas and the name was John Doe. They are actually in Vietnam. DO NOT ORDER ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I looked at BBB they have many complaints already filled. I will be adding mine
I ordered the wonder woman phone case. I only used it twice before the phone holder broke. I couldn't get a refund or exchange because it 30 days had passed. It is definitely not worth $25.

I ordered a tshirt for my girlfriend from here My thoughts on the experience:
- The shirt came after a month and some change
- I did not receive a tracking code until towards the end of that time frame, and it was not that informative, nor was the anticipated date of delivery accurate (delivery provider was DHL)
- We did get the tshirt, and it was as shown! The material is top notch and we both loved it so much, that I ordered the same design in cropped hoodie form just now
NOTE: Although they sell themselves as a black owned company from Detroit, I HIGHLY doubt this, as when I ordered via PayPal, I received a notification saying that an order just went through for company "ACTIO PTE. LTD.".

I order a hoodie and a mug they only sent the mug its been a month so I ask for a refund for the hoodie and they want give it to me I have proof showing i only got half my order but they trying to say its the postal service fault the hoodie cost 50 something dollars I was trying to support a black own company but they stank $#*! rip me off so I'm out of money and no hoodie. And I order other stuff from now I'm afraid I want recieve anything so I'm about to report them to the government to let them how peoe are being rip off I have proof saying only half the order was delivered.
I am very happy with my order. Nice designs, good quality. Delivery took quite long but I received the products anyway and they're awesome.
If you are expecting real wax fabric then look elsewhere. I have been to the motherland and I have real wax fabric dresses, shirts, skirts and pants made for me by an African tailor. I was expecting real wax fabric. My fault for assuming. This is just that stretchy polyester material with a wax Ankara fabric print. The sewing is done well but I would not buy it again for that price it is being sold. This is something I would buy for $10 at Ross Dress for Less. Also, it is coming from China so I highly doubt this is really a black-owned business. Also, China makes soooo much cheap wax fabric so they could have used real wax fabric easily. I bought an African inspired skirt on Amazon.com and it was super nice and they used real freaking WAX African print material. This melaninful.net product was definitely NOT worth the sell price. I bought it for $30 and now they are selling it for $45. I will never click on an Instagram advertisement again.
