I placed my order #MNF******* on April 29,2020 and was lead to believe by this company's advertising that my "Daughter Journal would arrive a few days after Mother's Day. On 5/4/2020, I was sent an email saying that my order had shipped and that tracking information was forthcoming. However, on 5/6 and 5/11, I sent them a email to inquire about tracking and was initially ignored before they generated tracking # LS*******CN. When I clicked on the link, the tracking info said that it had not shipped so I sent another email asking them to clarify the shipping status. It took several days before they responded, saying that " Our products are made-to-order. As stated in the product description, please allow 7 - 10 business days to get the tracking code and 2 - 4 weeks for delivery in total.

Fast forward to 5/21/2020, they sent another email with a copy of an undated letter and no reference to my order from United States Post Office in Portland, which stated that my order had arrived but was damaged and it was up to the shipper to file a claim.
At that point I told them to refund me my money and that it was up to them to file a claim and be compensated.
Today is June 13,2020 and ai have not heard from them, received my ordered item or a refund.
