I am fairly new to melaleuca my parents bought it and sold it back in the day but I am a fairly new customer I absolutely love the products I love the fact that it's non-toxic and safe for pets especially my lkitties it is absolutely improved my life in the last 2 months absolutely great people all the way from sales rep customer service and all the smiling shining faces in the magazines I get and great news letters in regards to the healthy products which I am going to be ordering next time it's just nice knowing that things are actually healthy and non-toxic! And you can absolutely love Riverbend ranch as well I know I do!

Hello, this is my experience with Melaleuca.com.
I've been a MELALEUCA preferred customer for over 10 years, actually since 2012.
When I go to the stores in my neighborhood, I do not like everything in every store. I have not used or tried all the products in my local stores. Everyone has favorite stores and brand-name preferences.
Hands down I prefer Melaleuca products. Melaleuca has the best nutritional supplements I have ever used. I use only Melaleuca's Peak Performance Total Health vitamin pack and Vitality Calcium Complete supplements. I also have used their shampoos, coffee, snacks, laundry products, toothpaste, dish-soap, Etc.
I have not tried all the products the Melaleuca website offers (their online store), but the products I have tried are very good and reasonably priced in my opinion.
I Read the product descriptions, and I always read the ingredient lists too of any product I buy online or in my local "brick & mortar" stores.
Some people are allergic to certain chemicals, but the majority aren't. My daughter is allergic to tea-tree oil, but she loves Melaleuca shampoos and vitamins. Read the labels and ingredients lists.
As for customer service, I find their customer service to be excellent. A lot better service than you will get at any physical store.
For the people who complain about the preferred member backup order, they signed up for it to get the 30-50% member discounts. They need to read and understand the membership contract that they signed.
I have Called the customer service number several times and they were always kind and helpful. If you want to cancel your preferred member back-up order and membership, call customer service at Melaleuca. Then do what is required to cancel. Do your due diligence and be patient, and you can find the answers to your questions and get it done.
Also, People tend to vilify what they do not understand. Many legitimate companies are MLMs.

Look up MLM at consumer.ftc.gov, a US Federal government website. That will help clear up some of the confusion for most people hopefully.
PS, nobody and no business is perfect. Some companies are better than others.
Melaleuca products work for me. I happen to like and trust the Melaleuca company and their products & services.

I have been shopping with Melaleuca since February of 2023. I love all of the products that I am using. The detergent and cleaning products are non-toxic and economical. I first opened my shopping account with Melaleuca in 2002 when we were looking for a way to get the toxins out of our house to support my sons health condition. I was introduced to Melaleuca in late February by a friend. I didn't questioned the products because my friend is very trustworthy and not easy to convince unless is something worthy of. I've shopped online with this amazing company since 2006, and they just get better and better every year, the products are amazing and have kept me out of the doctors office. I've been shopping with Melaleuca for three years. I love the products. I found it by mistake during the pandemic and I am so happy to be shopping here. I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals in my products. No safety caps for my granddaughter, so I don't have to worry about poison control. My son cleared up his chronic gastritis with the gut health bundle and his eczema and I am no longer on a beta blocker for sinus tachycardia and PVCs. My cardiologist approved the vitamins. Those peak performance vitamins are life I highly recommend shopping from the store and now they have black Angus premium beef. I just put in an order for that and I don't have to worry about hormones or anabiotic's, or anything being put in my meat. It's really nice to know I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals or ingredients that are going to hurt me and my family shopping from the store.

I will miss being a member of this online shopping club. I had to cancel due to inflation taking my money in other areas of life, utilities, gas, food, etc. I will definitely reinstate my membership when I am better able to organize my finances and of course if inflation ever comes down. Their products are amazing! I've never had a problem with customer service. If you don't like a product, you call and they will refund or send you something else to try. I have been taking daily medications from my physician for high cholesterol and hypertension for the past 30 years plus since I was in and exited the military. I am currently still a shopper of melaleuca and to be honesty with you, the products are legit. My favourite product is there coffee and toothpaste, my wife enjoys there make-up (all she talks about) oh and there shampoo and conditioner. I mean here it from these people for yourself.

I signed up with this wellness company to try the plant based products because i was having horrible stomach issues and needed a good probiotic, decided to try the enzymes as well, and the shakes for my morning breakfast, I cannot believe the results, amazing, i would definitely recommend these plant based products to anyone who has any health issues.
Also the chewing gum is 1 of my favorites because it has no aspartame in it.

I used most of their products and they work really well. Its so convenient it comes right to my house, so glad i don't have to go to walmart anymore

All the products wherever they stated it is correct and true, on all of this 2 years I have no problem good customer service if you are not satisfied they refunded exchange your money no question asked.

My package was stolen off my porch and I called customer service and they apologized again and again! Their solution was to ship me another package at no cost great BUT they overnighted me a whole new order - like wow impressive!
