This company and its affiliates, Real Agent Pro, Advantage U, and Zoho, represent everything I teach my employees not be. I am embarrassed to have spent a penny on their services. The communication and customer service is incredibly unprofessional. I have had numerous issues with this company beginning in December 2018 that have yet to be resolved. This company was hired to represent me, but instead tarnished my reputation. Potential clients were stood up due to this company's lack of communication which negatively affected my business. On multiple occasions, I expressed my issues to the company with no response. I was told someone would contact me in 3-5 business days each time which did not happen. I spent too much money on this company to be treated with such little respect. This company has made everything more difficult than needed and has still failed to refund me for services not rendered. They made excuses for why I was not being acknowledged rather than assisting a paying customer. No one should waste any time or money on this company. The lack of professionalism and customer service is embarrassing and I am out a lot of money my team and I worked hard for.
