Meena Bazaar

Hi folks! Be very cautious when you buy something from Meena Bazaar Meena. I recently bought a saree worth INR 9980 from Meena Bazaar online which was extremely beautiful but on very first use almost all the Swarovski crystals came off the saree. When I spoke to customer support they said they only return and exchange unused products also I got the blouse stitched so, the product is customised now. But, my question is that
1. A saree worth almost INR ******* is to be used only once?
2. How would I know that the Swarovski crystals were so poorly attached without wearing the saree?
3. Do people at Meena Bazaar wear sarees without blouse? Sorry, but I don't.

I bought 4 sarees from Meena Bazaar in 2010 and got the tailoring done from there. Those outfits lasted me 13 years. I wore them to a lot of functions. I loved them. This year I got some more sarees and I was happy to see that their quality hasn't gone down one bit. I got a lot of compliments on my saree. Thank you Meena Bazaar

My husband bought me two sarees from Meena Bazar were incredibly poor quality. Cheapest material and crude handy work. The sarees were worth Rs 50,000.00 approximately $800.00 but the quality of the entire purchase wasn't worth even $50.00. So the mark ups are obscenely high. Please don't buy here.

I bought a lehenga and a suit set from Meena bazaar last month. The merchandise was worth over ******* Rs.
Lehenga was advertised as made of raw silk and the suit was advertised made of 100% silk. The lehenga material is art silk at best. The suit is definitely not silk at all. Maybe has 2% or so silk thread woven into the fabric of the Kameez which is some kind of a mix. Very disappointed. Will not be buying anything again from them. This shakes your confidence in other Indian online clothing sites too.

Purchases
With the exception of one, I love the items that I have purchased. For the price paid, I feel that the quality, the finish and the overall fit had exceeded my expectations.
One item had sold out and meena bazaar promptly contacted me and gave me two options - refund or the choice of another outfit

Price
With the US currency fluctuations, I found the sale items to be more reasonably priced than the non sale items
I think delivery cost should be free if total order is over $100 regardless of where the delivery is going

Delivery
The items were a little delayed, but when contacted, meena bazaar was quick to respond. The items arrived soon after.

Service
I appreciated the fact that each query that I had made on my order received a polite and prompt response. My queries were managed by one person and this made it very easy for me to be able to get a quick and efficient response rather than having to explain my situation. Ritu was my 'case manager' and she was good to deal with.

Recommendation
My first experience with Meenabazaar.com was great and based on this, I would recommend them.
The true test will be a continuation of this service if and when I return to shop

I am really disillusioned by so called brand Meenabazar, I had paid for two saree s, one green n one mustard On 9augustvi get sms in my phone delivered saree, which was not delivered, I contact the head office, I wrote a complaint I, on 11august 2020 get a parcel containing green saree. I againt sent a mail, whatsup thai have not received my mustard sarre, get a call from customer care ur sarre is delivered I was not called, I have not received it no proof
I asked them to check with the courier service as it may have caused the fraud but till now no reply

I brought a suit in sale from Meena Bazaar official website. The product which they sent has completely different work and looks cheap, only the color is same, rest everything including embroidery, stuff of cloth, dupatta work is different. Not expected this from Meena Bazaar.
