I had to open the box and set up the tv they just DROPPED it off i could have DROPPED the tv doing it by myself very dissatisfied with the delivery

I ordered a living room set and the take 3 weeks to get and I call and they give me a different phone because I have to schedule the delivery but when I call the give other phone number after that I had to call 3 different agencies so is not good

It was ok I guess staff very friendly, but the process takes way to long.The website needs work I had to get a new password every time I went the site, it would not take my old password.

Product was shipped quick unfortunately when it arrive it had been damage. Mdg quickly sent out a replacement product.

I had a great experience with you guys my only one concern would be the delivery of the TV using same day courier service I didn't get my TV till 8:30 at night the following day was supposed to be on a Thursday I got it on Friday other than that perfect.

I love my bed/bedframe and the two free pillows. However, the UPS shipping method was extremely off putting. The employee delivering refused to come to my home, and because i was at work, my parents had to go to town to meet him in order to pick up my bed, where he continued to be extremely rude, and rough not only on my purchases, but on my parents vehicle. To the point that we were worried about damages. I don't think ill order from MDG again just because id rather not deal with another UPS worker delivery. Unless you change your method of delivery.

First off my TV was dropped on delivery second I had no idea it was 29% interest rate my TV that it says is 2500 turns out to be 4200. I've had it for 6 months and have had 2 problems with it now it won't turn on I paid for extended warranty but instead of sending a new TV I've gotta wait for someone to come pick it up take it away to be fixed I might have it back with in 2 months never again will I buy anything from mdg again the worst experience i've had with a company that I'm paying double the amount the TV cost

It’s an open loan so you can increase payments, or make additional payments that will straight to your principal balance and help lower your balance faster. The faster the balance decreases the less interest you pay. In regard to issues that you have with TV, a message has been sent to the appropriate department and one of the agents will be in touch with you to follow up.
I must say when I first saw an ad for MDG I was skeptical about applying because I have bad credit. But after talking with the reps and them describing what takes place and everything with the application it was actually really easy. It's so easy that I had ordered multiple things from them and shipping time is roughly a week. Do I recommend MDG for getting a great deal in awesome bundles? Absolutely!

Answer: I was call saturday by this Ivan guy he claimed I didn't add a SSN when I filled out my application. An he requires for me to send him a picture of my SS card. Thats bull I was approved for 1200. 00 line of credit. In order to get approved for any kind of credit u must give ur SSN which I did. Their web page is in need of maintain. It has bugs. Big Bugs. Lol
