What a joke, this bag is not leather. It is a nice looking bag, but since it is advertised as leather, and costs as much as leather, I would expect it to be leather... Go to TJ Maxx and buy yourself a faux leather bag for 35 bucks.

Now that I've received my bag I've had a lot to digest. I doubt the bag is real cow leather, as the site claims. That said, it does seem to be well constructed. None of the tell-tale signs of a cheap bag are present; no loose threads, good, heavy material, excellent design and perfect for my needs. The bag is a perfect replica of the picture on the site. That said, it really took the joy out of my purchase to find that I did not purchase the item as described. Every aspect of that website leads you to believe the bags are hand made of the best quality leather. This was definitely part of my decision to buy. The bag would absolutely be worthy of the $129 price tag if it was displayed in department store, so that is a little consolation. I've ultimately decided to keep my bag but I will never purchase from them again and I wouldn't recommend them.The first pic is the stock photo. The rest are actual photos of my bag. Any distortion is due to the fact that I have it LOADED with stuff!

The quality of the bag was cheap at best. The free pouch looked like it came from the dollar store. I did get my refund back but….
I had to work at it first to find an address then emails, talking to people who said they couldn't give me an address that a "return specialist" would call! Back and forth and I wish I had logged in when I started and when I got an answer. So you have been warned! Sorry I didn't read these reviews first would not have ordered.

1st the bag was obvious by lack of smell. Terrible design for shoulders, and way overpriced for pleather! Chloe 2-tone.

I purchased the Cholet shoulder bag, which is stated to be napa leather. It took weeks to arrive, and came crammed into a small box.

The 'leather' was much thinner than anticipated, smelled funny, and felt like plastic. I immediately went through the return process and paid $18 (!) to return it. It took weeks to get my refund, and then only after I called to find out what was going on.

For the same price I purchased a gorgeous bag on sale from the Dooney & Bourke website. The leather is thick and luxurious and smells heavenly.

I do not recommend this product nor the company.

Although these bags are advertised as leather - they leave out the "key" word - fake! These bags are not leather - doesn't even smell like leather - as someone who buys higher priced Always leather bags I feel stupid to have fallen for this beside the fact that the bag took 6 weeks to get to me! This bag is much smaller than it appearson the model. Even though they give measurement it's misleading based on how it looks on a model (maybe it's a child model?) I was hoping for a tote and this is absolutely a purse. The "free" pouch is not leather and does not match the black/brown bag at all. It certainly is not worth the $35 they say is the price. I asked for a return label but was told if I want to return this I may at my expense, and this is what I will do - thus the $100 bag will now cost me to return so a total waste of money and time. Stay away. Picture below is from the sale online, but trust me, the bag is small. The pouch is a weird fabric and doesn't match the purse at all.

I recently bought a purse from this website. Couple days later, I saw exactly same purse sold on Chinese web for much cheaper price. I wondered if the purse would be same. A month later, I got my purse, it is same with the purse on Chinese web. The package was sent from China, packaging is bad. Purse is not worth the price I paid for. The material is not as described as cow leather. I would not mind if the price is cheaper like the Chinese web. I do mind it if they charge the high price and the quality doesn't match. Do not shop from this web, you can get same stuff from Chinese shopping website for much cheaper price.
