I ordered a Purple Suede Shoulder handbag from MDBM Handbags on Nov 2,2024. When I received the handbag there were NO inner pockets to hold necessary items (phone, lipstick, pens, etc.) so I returned the purse. I have sent MDBM Handbags several letters requesting by refund of $229. It is now the end of March, 2025, and I have NOT received the refund yet they have the purse and will probably sell it to another sucker. If I had read thenegative reviews on the company, I would have NEVER purchased an item from them.

1st the bag was obvious by lack of smell. Terrible design for shoulders, and way overpriced for pleather! Chloe 2-tone.

I purchased a handbag for a $160 I used it very little within the 4 weeks that I had it I was shocked to see that it was splitting apart at the seams on both sides of purse. It is large push and I only carried wallet and phone. I emailed to their support email and I called all the #s they show for contact. Phones #s are out of order. The company has not responded to my email. MDBM presents as a posh company but the handbag I purchased for $160. Was garbage. And so is there customer service.

I was skeptical after I ordered as there was zero communication...but I got it today and I am glad I ordered it. Very nice bag!

What a joke, this bag is not leather. It is a nice looking bag, but since it is advertised as leather, and costs as much as leather, I would expect it to be leather... Go to TJ Maxx and buy yourself a faux leather bag for 35 bucks.

Since I already had the larger Cholet bag (in the pretty smoky blue), I ordered the mini one in mustard. I adore it. Also, the wallet I also bought from you (my favorite) fits inside.

Online shopping was very easy. Payment and delivery were done in a timely fashion. The design of the bag was fantastic, but the leather is stiff as a board and there are no dividers or compartments in this bag. It is a big stiff bucket and everything you put in it goes right to the bottom and everything ends up piled on top of each other. This beautiful bag would benefit from a divider and a zipper compartment. Love the looks but not the usefulness or the softness of the leather. However I love, love, love the wallet that came with Colet. The leather is soft and supple and it has zipper compartments on the inside and out side. Very nice.

My delivery was delayed which ended up being due to an issue with Fed Ex. I reached out to MDBM and received a response, on a Weekend! They have been phenomenal in sending me emails every few days, letting me know the status of my delivery. Now, regarding my purse. It is beautiful! Everything I would have hoped and well worth the price. The strap and buckle where beautiful and very heavy duty. The color is just as it appears on the site. My "cloth bag" insert will hold so many items and the inside pocket will hold my cell phone. The clasp will hold the bag well enough that most items should not fall out. The bag stands on its own which was a main reason for ordering it. I ordered some accessories and though expensive am pleased with them. So very happy with my purchase. I would definitely order again and would recommend to anyone to purchase from their site.

I bought this bag online and was waiting quite a few weeks for it but Gina from MDBM really helped out by informing me what was happening behind the scenes with the delivery of the bag. Not realizing it was coming from another country, I was getting impatient, but Gina explained the process and sure enough the bag came at the said time she predicted. I want to thank her personally because she really helped me just wait on it. I love the bag very much and so happy to have it. Thank you Gina and MDBM!

I bought a purse for my daughter's birthday, and considering the price, I was blown away by the quality of the leather, the fine stitching. The leather was beautifully colored and worked. I feel this may be foolish on my part, father like telling too many people about your secret supplier of highly desirable goodies. I'm pretty darn sure that word is going to get out no matter what, but please don't forget us little people when you're famous. I certainly won't forget YOU.

I ordered two Adeline tote bags. The bags are beautiful--roomy, well-made, and quite fashionable, One is a gift that I intend to fill with special little gifts for a good friend; the other I am keeping and will be using it for traveling to Europe this spring and summer. I found the customer service outstanding (I had mis-entered a discount offer and had to contact them to ask for the price reduction. They got back to me quickly, gave me the discount and followed up to make sure that my order of two bags was correct and not an error)! I just ordered additional products from them and look forward to their arrival.
