My order was 2 Big Macs, crispy chicken and 6 McNuggets, drive-thru order. The flimsy bag fell apart before I even drove away. One Big Mac fell out of its box. As did the McNuggets. The crispy chicken was just a piece of chicken which had no mayo or lettuce and was just slapped between 2 overly toasted bun halves. This is not what I have experienced in the past and will certainly not go there again.
French fries are very hard. I need to break it.

Went through the drive through. Got home and didn't have everything. Went back to have it corrected and the staff was extremely rude and acted as if it was my fault. No apology no smile then charged me for there mistake. On top of it all served people that came in after me. Before correcting my order. It was horrible customer service. Everyone in there looked like it was the worst day of there life. Crazy thing is it wasn't busy at all. This is the first review I have ever left anywhere. But this needs corrected.
Doors were closed at 10. Didn't have a vehicle so we're going to walk through and order at drive through and they were rude and turned our business away. Legit customers with legit order.

My sister and I went threw the drive thru and asked for two separate tickets for our food and we ask politely several times and even told the work before we handed her our cards to put our food on two separate tickets and we EVEN after we told her to put it on two tickets she put our orders on 1 ticket, things like this happen all the time. And it just so frustrating!
We are a family of 3, I, the sister in the family would like to say that a basket of fries isn't 4 small bags of fries... I hope you all understand what I mean... plus, we specifically asked for 2 cheeseburgers with nothing but bun, patty, and cheese... I LOOOVE (hate) PICKLES AND PICKLE JUICE, THANK YOU (Didn't like it)! >:(… We asked for a 20 piece nugget, we only got 2,6 pieces (12 nuggets) … Me and my brother were still hungry so we got the cheeseburgers but because of the pickles I could only get down half of it... My dad was clearly scammed... We payed more than you all gave us... I also found it very frustrating that the lady was IGNORING US at the order thingy. The lady said to us "Oh sorry I didn't hear yall."... isn't all your headphone stuff supposed to be in tip top shape?! If what she said is true, that is very bad, you all should probably fix that ASAP because of more cars in the line... We held up a whole line of cars because of the lady's ignorance, or low headphone/hearing quality... We were confused that the order thingy wasn't speaking for a while so we EVENTUALLY gave up and found everything out... I hope you all know that I am trying not to offend anyone or anything, I am just hoping that you all do better next time :/

I ordered a 10 piece nuggets and was asked what dipping sauce. I said honey mustard and got a honey liquid and hot mustard sauce what the hell.
Didn't make food right, no manners, affer everything I ordered same question on everything "are you done yet" like give your customers time to order I will not be shopping at this McDonald's again my mcchicken was supposed to have bacon on it and now of the mcchickens I reviewed had bacon
The fries are always cold and soggy and the biscuits on the breakfast sandwiches are hard. Drive thru workers are quite disrespectful too.
I am outraged by the way I was treated by the manager at McDonald's store number 2725 in Hallandale Beach, FL. Rude, negative, and unwilling to help anyone. I politely asked for 5 minutes of his time to explain something that had happened in the store, and he immediately responded, "No problem, I'll take 5 minutes from another customer to help you." What is wrong with this guy? I explained to him that I sought assistance from an employee on how to proceed because I had placed an order through the app at another store and didn't know if I could cancel it or how to place the order correctly. This employee told me it wasn't her job to help me. That's why I called the manager. I explained this to him, and he asked me back, "Are you unhappy because you placed the wrong order?" I said, "No, I just want to know how to cancel your order." He replied, "You can't. Anything else?" What kind of service is this? I want you to take action. I will speak out about this and spread this case to the whole world. It's unacceptable to be disrespected at McDonald's. Never again. I swear I will consult with my lawyer to see if I can take any legal action. I promise you that I won't rest until this issue is resolved. I will also check with Channel 7 News.

Ordered off the app in the parking lot of the McDonald's we were at. With location on. Went in no order. A 19.00 order went to a McDonald's in another town. McDonald's we were at couldn't help us. Had to reorder and pay again. Sent Corp McDonald's a message. But never got a refund after checking with them several times.

Most people remember begging their parents to take them to Mickey D's. The simple hamburgers, delicious french fries and perhaps a shake would just make anyone's day. Beneath those golden arches lurked a pot of gold. Those glory days are gone. Higher prices are understandable but there is no excuse for inconsistent, tasteless quality.
Nowadays, you're lucky if your meal comes in at $10. This is fast food. I understand wages went up and that's fair. Employees deserve to get paid well instead of earning slave wages. Meat prices have gone up as has transportation costs to get the inventory delivered. But what started out as a revitalized burger and new experience has turned into more of a nightmare.
Despite the automation, the wait time is often longer. Some burgers or chicken are often plump and tasty. Other times it seems they're tasteless, dried out and competitive with cardboard. With the type of clout that McDonalds wields, quality control should be enforced more uniformly and much better. Yet, McDonalds stock price has climbed steadily. I guess the guys in the C Suite are getting really greedy.
Best way to improve things would be to stop going to this Mickey Mouse operation for a while. When the corporate chieftains start getting hungry, perhaps they'll understand just how their customers feel after eating their crap.
I regret that I have been doing business with McDonalds for all these years when this establishment supports the only colonial state in our modern time (Israel) in its genocidal war against Palestinians (the indigenous people). I am disgusted with your company providing free meals to Israel defense forces and the blatant disregard for Palestinians' rights and struggle for freedom, while children are dying because Israel shut off water, oil, gas and food.
