I ordered an Air Intake for my Toyota Tacoma on 1/7/2022. After a week I called and asked why it had not been shipped. They said it was on backorder. On 3/25/2022 I called to cancel the order since they were obviously never going to send it. They said my money would be refunded within 7-10 business days. I called two weeks later and asked why i still had not been refunded. Again was told the money would be released. 1 week later I called my credit card company and opened a dispute. I don't understand all the good reviews. This has just been a big scam for me.

I urge you to check the BBB reviews and other online reviews along with the Facebook group named "MBenzgram / Mbgram waiting on refund group" before ordering from this company. Thousands of people have lost their money and never received their items. After you order company will tell you the item/s aren't in stock and are on back order and they will continue saying that as long as they can. They do not answer phone calls and emails either go unanswered or get a vague and unhelpful response. There are also multiple pending lawsuits against this company. The only chance you will have to get your money back will be to report it to your bank/credit card company. Then you will have a hard time and they may or may not refund you. Myself and many others initially received a refund from our bank (NOT from the company) only for the bank to come back & say they're taking your refund back. I am shocked this company is still operating and still has a website online accepting orders. Unless you feel like giving your money away and not getting anything, don't order from this place!

Purchased an item 5 months ago. Been on "backorder". Every time I inquired about the product, there was a delay from the manufacturer. I then contacted the manufacturer directly since it was a drop-ship, and they said they did not have any actual orders from MBenzgram at all. So I was waiting this whole time when they never even put in the order!

I then requested a refund and got more back and forth excuses that their accounting would get back to me. They of course never did, I then reached out again and again since they have no phone number on their site. Finally got my refund but I would NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE! The amount of time and effort spent is ridiculous to get a product you paid for!

Fast forward, they called and left me a message on this, telling me to take this review down. Nope not how this works.

I ordered crate engine and some other parts for my racing car. Everything was so good and up to the mark. I recommend this site to everyone!

Horrible company I don't know how there still in business ordered a month ago an still no updates tracking number or anything can not get in contact with anyone to help all the good comments you see are payed fake ones don't waste your time or money like me I've lost over 300 they should be sued!

Going to have to open a dispute clearly. Been 10 days and no refund showed yet.
Click the one star reviews and see how nobody received their refunds? How many people have to file disputes? Horrible company IN MY experience (since they want to threaten to sue me for stating MY experiences)

They will scam your money by telling you it's a manufacturer delay and when you finally had enough and ask for a refund, they will send you an email saying it's cancelled and refunded but you will never receive the money. Read the reviews on this here. There is even a dedicated FB group for victims affected by this scammer.

Excellent price for the aftermarket fan I purchased. The order was processed almost as soon as I submitted it and it arrived in two days. Very impressed and definitely will buy again

We called and was told that a carrier would pick it up on the 16th, still no update or anything. Almost a month goes by and still nothing. They then send an email saying its out of stock but on the website theyre still advertising the free shipping as if its in stock and ready to order. This website screams SCAM

Stay away, requested a refund 2 months ago. They claim it was already sent. Never sent the refund. THIEVES

My son ordered a set of 15" weld wheels back in April. Cannot get a hold of anyone and it's been almost 6 months since orders. These people are scammers and deserve to be locked up. Look at all the other reviews and choose fpr yourself. The other review that are good has to be fake. These people obviously take your money with 0 intention an shipping any parts. Total b. S car parts dealers and sellers are the absolute worst scum of the earth people. Hope you stub your toe every morning you roll over out of the bed and a prison sentence for taking so many people money for so long. Took a kids money that he worked hard for... what a. P. o. I ordered a swaybar support for my rzr pro from these people. They listed my vehicle in the ad and said it would fit. It didn't. This part does not fit the pro xp. I contacted them about a return and they said it was my fault for ordering it. These people were the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Wouldn't give me a rma. I contacted the BBB to see if I could get some help. DO NOT USE these people. 204

They price items below market, accept your order than no one ever responds to your specific question / where is my $#*!? Oh. Oh it's back ordered. Each time a new name on a ticket support response. No one picks up their phone (basically it's an auto disconnect). Save your money and aggregation. I am disputing my charge and will call state attorney general and have them investigated.

Cancelled my order. They did not refund the money. Called "customer service" some guy on a car phone. Said his "accounting department" needed to handle this request. Never heard from them again. I had to report a dispute with Affirm to get my money back. Do not do business with them!

I ordered and paid for a carburetor in June 2021. I was told the part was delayed, but still coming in. I was told this for over a year. I finally canceled the order in June of 2022 because the carb never arrived even though they kept saying it would ship within 5 days. They said this about 7 times.
Then, I was told since it was over 7 months since I originally paid for the part, they would have to send me my refund through Venmo. I still have not received a refund for the money I paid over a year and a half ago. Now, they won't even answer my emails or answer their own phone, which I have called over 20 times. I am now getting a lawyer.

These people took my payment and will not refund my money after the order was canceled! Stay AWAY!

I ordered a simple lift kit that was supposedly in stock. Now after over a month and numerous emails, I still don't have anything and they have my money. I will be filing with the attorney generals office about this company.

Absolutely trash of a scam company. They just keep beating around any solution 1 year later still no part and no refund on the cancelation of a efi system. Avoid at all cost. I'm filing them as a scam to be investigated to get my money back.

I returned my exhaust system and it was received by the associate Felicia on February 16th. I have sent more than 50 emails to customer support as well as the accounting department and have continuously got the runaround saying my refund will be processed soon by customer service but have never received one response from accounting and I have yet to receive the refund for my exhaust system and I paid over $200 to have it returned so I am out over $1000, please spend your money elsewhere as this company is full of thieves and crooks. I am not the only one that has had their money stolen. Some people have never received the product and others never received a refund just like me.

I ordered products that were delivered with utmost care and effectively. They are best at helping people out with their services.

They advertise stuff they don't have in stock.
Took my money and never got a refund or my product.
I am in the process of reporting fraud to get my money back. Terrible experience and customer service.
