It took 2 1/2 MONTHS and an email to customer service asking where my item was before I finally got. When I did finally receive it, the stench was horrendous, like it had been sitting in a mildew infested basement for years. I was extremely disappointed to see the dress wasn't going to fit at all how they depicted on their website. The quality is also that of a Halloween costume from Family Dollar. I have attached photos of what I ordered vs what I got.

I tried this website out for the first time and what a disaster. I paid for expedited shipping and it was late. The material is cheap and looks nothing like the pictures. When I went to return the items, they don't provide shipping labels and you have to send to China. The shipping cost more than the purchase so I just kept the garbage because the customer service didn't speak English and kept repeating themselves when I tried to explain this. WASTE OF MONEY.

Don’t. This is a total scam website.

Products used:
None. I bought three shirts and they look nothing like the pictures. They were super small and the thinnest material I’ve ever seen. It was a complete waste of money.

I will never in my life order again from this place. I place a order on January 21st 2020 pay fro express chipping 3 days delivery! 02/29/20 I Still haven't received What I order. 1 month and 8 days no refund and no clothing. Smfh. Today I received a message saying my order have been shipped.

I purchased a black off shoulder blouse with ridiculously thin and cheap fabric and stitching halfway through the back side like they sewed scraps of cloth together. Worse, they charged me for shipping and when the package came, they charged me again. NEVER AGAIN! Please shut down this business before they scam more people.

About "they charged me again", you also replied your email about it. You can contact your local FedEx to confirm that it is customs tax or shipping fee. We also contact FedEx to check it. If they charged your shipping fee again, we will process it for you. Don't worry.

I ordered a white dress with a red rose overlay. It took a few weeks to get here and it was an absolute joke! It was way shorter than the one advertised, bigger measurements than advertised and looked like a smoke. It was supposed to A line and fitted in the waist. I talked to customer service and got an RMA to return the dress. Shipping was going to be $30 and then they decide if I could get a refund. I brought it back home. I am not spending that much when the dress was $50. I guess you get what you pay for.

Item's detail size can match size chart of product's page. We can take photos of measuring item detail size. Normally there is 1-2cm (0.4-0.8") differences due to manual measurement.
You can sent your item's image of measuring item detail size to our customer service team who will check it.

I bought 6 dresses for my wedding party. 3 large. An xxl, xl, and medium. They are ALL THE SAME SIZE. They are so thin and cheap made. I spent nearly $200.00 on these dresses that look like crap and won't fit all but 1 of my bridesmaids. Here's the catch. It'll cost almost the same to ship them back for a refund. I checked the sizing more than once. They are not true to size! None of the dresses have the size in them. There was a sticker on the pk. You can completely see through the dress. They are ridiculous. Completely caused me to distrust ordering online!

The order took almost 3 weeks. After I paid for express shipping (3-5days) for$30.
I finally got my dress and bathing suit. The material is made out stretchy nylon. It doesn't fit right too big.

0 stars. They are really hard to get ahold of. It took me figuring out where their email was to ask about my packages be they shipped it then a few more days before I got a tracking number. Mind you I paid $30 for express shipping. Which they can’t stand behind. They refuse to give me a refund. I will NEVER SHOP with maykool.

Do not order from this site. I'm a dedicated online shopper and I've receive packages with no problem on a regular, however, I googled blue dresses and a dress that caught my eye from this site popped up so I ordered it express because it's for a special event I have coming up very soon. It says it was delivered Friday morning at 10:46am and I didn't receive anything. My door is open every morning with my screen door closed and I open my blinds to allow sunlight In. I was up making breakfast that morning for my kids before taking them to school at 12:40pm. There is NO way my package was delivered. DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST INTO THIS SITE.

This business is a sham. False advertising of items on their website. I order a dress for my BIRTHDAY only to RECEIVE A HALLOWEEN COSTUME... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read the reviews before placing any orders. Everything that glitter is not gold!

These people are procrastinators, thieves and they have false advertising. Their products are nothing like what they advertise I finally received a product I contacted them the minute I opened up my product and told them how unhappy I was with the item I have been fighting with them for 6 months to get my 40$ back. At this point it's not the money but the principle

Ive waited for over a month for my bathing suit. Ive to email them directly for tracking info. Once I received it two weeks later... this swimsuit it's made of cheapest fabric, awful looking! TERRIBLE DO NOT ORDER coming from China (should know better)

Well, I ordered 2 pair of cargo shorts from them, 1 blue and 1 white. When the order arrived, there was 2 pairs of blue shorts. I already knew I had to send at least 1 pair back because I Don't need 2 pairs of the same color shorts. After trying them on, they literally came down to my ANKLES and I am 6'2" tall. So I emailed Maykool to find out how there refunds work exactly. The responded by telling me they sent me a link when they really didn't. I think they were just trying to drive me crazy going back and forth with emails because finally on the 5th email exchanged with them, they sent the link I needed. Well just so you know, the shorts cost $33.99 a pair and shipping was $26.50, which totals $ 94.50. I go to the FedEx store and showed the FedEx employee the address where these shorts needed to go back to. He told me when I see the cost of sending these shorts back that I am not going to be happy. It would of cost me $158 to send back which means I am still out $131.50 because they do not refund shipping! If you ask me, they can do this to people all day long and get away with it. I should of stuck to my guns and just went shopping at a local retailer. The quality of the shorts were also junk. I totally recommend you stay away from this company because there best interests is not the customer. BUY AMERICAN and stay away from the CHINESE JUNK! If I could of given them 0 stars out of 5, I WOULD HAVE! They worked very hard for there 0 star.

Don't let temptation get the best of you. Stay away and shop at Macy's or Kohls where you know a refund is possible!

I placed my order for this dress on May 25th 2021. They took the money from my account on the 26th of May. Took the company 9 days to process my order. Got an email that my dress would be here on the 15th of June 2021 and of course it didn't come. It did show up 2 days later and when i opened the package it looked nothing like the picture and felt very cheap. The sequined belt is glued on and you can see the glue holding the belt to the dress. The dress cost 65 dollars plus shipping. I wouldn't give you 15 dollars for the dress. Next time i will shop made in the USA. Picture to follow of the glue all over the belt and dress.

Ordered a dress for Valentine's Day in January. It supposedly shipped on January 16th, but the tracking number never updated. They lied and literally did not ship the package until after I filed a dispute with PayPal. I received the dress yesterday, February 24th. That's 6+ weeks waiting for an order that was supposed to take 7-15 days.

On top of that, the dress has no shape to it - it's a rectangle!. The waist measures 7" larger than claimed, which is the same measurement at the hip! It has no waist whatsoever. Putting it on results in baggy fabric hanging around the midsection.

This company is a complete scam, and be warned, PayPal will NOT get you your money back from this particular company.

I attempted to purchased a peacock print maxi dress to wear to a wedding. I paid for express shipping to ensure it arrived in time. My parcel did indeed arrive in time with time to spare. As I picked it up the TNT bag felt paper thin? Curious, I rip the bag open to discover it was completely empty...
Yep EMPTY! NOTHING! I am currently disputing this error but they're insisting its not their problem nor TNT and refuse to replace or refund my item.
STAY AWAY! DO NOT PURCHASE! HORRIBLE BUSINESS!

According to TNT's feedback, your package isn't empty, they provided the weight of the package which is about 0.3kg. If it is empty package, it will be less than 0.5kg.

And they told us that the package was good condtion according to your reply, so it is impossible for you to get an empty package.

Anyway, you also can TNT to verify the weight of package again. We still will ask them to check it and provide an additional proof.

I ordered a graduation dress in early May. The delivery time was expected to be WELL before my graduation. Go figure, it didn't arrive in time. So I never got to wear the dress I wanted to my graduation. I have never seen a package be so delayed. Also, the tracking was extremely confusing and sketchy. Trust me, if you want a package to get to you in a timely manner, do NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!

Do not order from these liars! Ordered a dress, it is not like the picture, it is super big. I asked if I could return it. It's too much money to send back. They told me order again they would give me special price. Just send order number to get $13,99 refund. I do, now I'm told wait for tracking number for refund. Liars. I should have read reviews first

We purchased two bridesmaids dresses - red. The dresses turned out to be two different shades of red, bottom skirt was completely see-through. An underslip would need to be purchased or sewn, in red, in order to look decent. Tacky material. Return policy is mostly non-existent. They say they'll refund your money, IF, they receive your package, and if they don't, we'll have to contact the courier we hired for the return. Basically, they could receive it, not be honest about it, and there's no way to prove anything. Save yourself time, money and hassle, and buy locally. Going to use the dresses for the fabric for some other project maybe - or donate to a Goodwill. We ended up buying something local for our needs.

I order a Halloween costume October 1,2020 and still haven't receive my package. They keep saying it didn't ship until the 10th because there was a holiday October 1-October 8. I keep asking them what holiday? What name of the holiday and they can't tell me this information. They will lie to you tell you there was a holiday or change the progress of shipping and leave some place for 11 days to pretend that they don't still have it and they still haven't ship it out. They want play with people and not answer simply questions. I am still waiting for my answers what name of the holidays hat last for 7 days and why when you track it Says it's in same place for days now?

We explained that there was a holiday from Oct 1st to 8th in China. You can search it on Google. We didn't lie any info about the holiday.

China's National Day Holiday
In 2020, the Mid-Autumn Festival will also fall on October 1st and will be combined with National Day. Chinese people will enjoy an 8-day public holiday this year.

The estimated shipping time of saver method is about 7-20 business days and we also tips the shipping time of saver method which may be longer due to covid-19.

I am now a firm believer in reading reviews before you order something now I ordered a pants set 2 wks ago and never received my merchandise when I emailed them and asked them about tracking my order I got an email back from them saying Due to some type of holiday that I had never heard of they couldn't send it to me yet I go on there today and they are telling me due to what is going on in China they could'nt give me a estimated time on when I would be receiving my items I am so pissed and I will definitely never order from them ever again now I have to go out and buy me an outfit I just knew it was gonna be here in time to wear for my cousins party

I ordered a dress on June 22nd. On June 26th it said it shipped. It is now July 15th and it still says, pre shipment on tracking. I asked maykool to just cancel the order and issue me a refund. They refused stating that its already shipped to the USA, which it has not according to the tracking. I whole heartedly regret ordering from this scam site before googling reviews about them. Save your money and do not fall into this scam trap like all of us that have already :(

I ordered a dress a week before Christmas. I just got it jan 20. It says large fits more like a small. Suppose to be a dark blue but it's see through. Fabric is cheap and cheaply made. I wanted to send it back but I have to pay shipping back?
