Got a set of coilovers 24 way adjustable ones for my 08 si sedan. Received coilovers pretty fast. First set of adjustable ones and I was learning the dampening and one of the dampening screws broke. I addressed it immediately. I got feedback with customer support fast and issue was resolved.

I purchased a set of rods and due to confusion received the wrong set. They fail to respond to my contacting them.

Maxpeedingrods sent out 4 coilovers. The 2 rear ones had a crack in them that was identical, I believe it's a manufacturer defect. When I contacted customer service, I got a poor response. They are slow to respond, since they are based in China and apparently their days at work are US nights.
Additionally, they offered a 12% refund on a unusable product that shouldn't have been sent out. We went back and forth, they offered for me to ship all 4 shocks back at my expense. Uh, what? They shouldn't have sent the shocks, why should I pay to send all 4 back? After more negotiating, they offered 25% refund. Seeing that pursuing them legally was not possible, I accepted.
After receiving the partial refund, I posted negative reviews everywhere I could. I still wasn't whole, I had put out 100%, gotten a product with 50% functionality, and received a 25% refund after much haggling on their part.
They responded by offering the remaining 25% to make me whole in exchange for updating the review.
The worst part? They offered that I COULD SELL THE BROKEN PARTS MYSELF to help recoup the cost. I told them no, I'd be opening myself up for a lawsuit for knowingly selling defective parts. But who knows what anyone else would do. Stay away from any used crap from them, it's probably broken from manufacturer.

A customer shouldn't have to argue to get a refund. Nor should they have to post negative reviews everywhere to get a refund on broken parts. This is not a good company, stay away

Been a client for years, great prices and delivery always on time. Best bang for buck tuning and performance products in my opinion!

This is probably a bad production run company in other words if a company produces a part finds out it's non functional they will sell it under this name to recoup some losses it's a scam.

Been running maxpeedingrods coilovers on every build in my team! Best in the business for budget and quality need some large decals for the cars!

Quality on these coilovers has improved over the years. If you have a problem with them they will warranty them. The turbos have improved as well. I have a T3/T4 on my z31. Boosting 11psi no problems.

Had mine on my crv over a month now and they ride great. Get the Adjustable damper ones they seem to be better quality then the super cheap ones. I had a set on my ek sedan aswell that rode great.

My order was processed and shipped quickly. The product was exactly as described and came with thorough instructions. Ride quality is just as expected with any coil over suspension, and handling performance is greatly improved.

Bought GT45 turbo and this metal snail is a beast! LT1 with one of these at low boost made some impressive power. Quick spool. I'm boost hooked now. These guys stand behind their product and help you out with your issues if any.

For the price the product exceeded my standards. It is an improvement from stock. I have them all bottomed out and its still a comfortable ride. Rear does not sit as low at the front by a couple inces!

Intercooler arrived in under 2days and was of high quality! I would strongly recommend dealing with these guys!

Perfect replacement part for my 2008 Passat. Installed as if OEM, cleared codes and am good to go for $100's less than OEM and dealer cost.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a "new" tie rod from them and when it arrived it had rust all over it! Contacted the company and they requested I pay for postage to send it back to get a refund. Customer service was appalling. Absolutely disgraceful! Will never use them again and will be informing everyone I know not to use them

I bought a turbo cartridge from them and it was upsetting from the start. They didn't ship it for about a week and then when it got here it was clearly not packed appropriately upon opening so wouldn't you know, damaged products. I nicely asked to the product to be replaced and they wanted ME to pay shipping on the new product. That's absolutely ridiculous I have never heard of a company expecting the customer to pay for their screw up. If I would have broke it it wouldn't have been an issue but it was packaged like a bag of $#*! and damaged due to that. If I. Could give the product a 4 and the customer service a 1 I totally would.

Turbo was a little too big for my application but a couple guys I race with run these and they have worked really well for over 3 years.

Don't believe the people trash talking this turbo. This turbo is very good quality! Extremely happy with my purchase it builds boost strong. Starts boosting at 3500 rpm on my D16 Civic and at 5600 rpm when VTEC engages it pulls extremely hard. I've been a mechanic for several years now and this is definitely a good quality turbo compared to others I've seen. In the process of building another D16 turbo civic for a customer and this turbo will be used on his as well.
