I ordered a set of bags and brackets off of Amazon. After installation, the bags leaked air. Amazon did nothing but lie to me about a refund and this company wanted me to pay shipping of 50 dollars to get new bags.
Total scam! I would NOT spend money with this company EVER!

Maxpeedingrods oil cooler kit is no good quality the oil lines fittings keep popping out no good at all

My daughter ordered rear lateral arms for her car over a month ago. The 1st order we received was a set of shocks. They required that we send a photo of the shipping label v& the contents of the box. Several days later, we received a shipping label to return the shocks. They refused to ship the correct part until they received the shocks back.
It then took several more days to ship the lateral arms. We received the lateral arms and they do not fit the car. This has been over a month since the parts were ordered. 2 shipments later, we still do not have the correct parts. I would not even give this place 1 star.

The shocks look really good but don't fit as advertised. I bought them for a 91 Miata and they were suppose to be adjustable to lower the vehicle and the lowest they would go was stock height. 2 months of emails and correspondence with still no resolution. No invoice in the box when shipped and now they claim they can't find my order numbers. What a bunch of BS.

So I've had the coilovers since oct.22, bushings are $#*!- I try & get help from max support, they run me all week w/ we need this,that the other- I was like I told u what I need-i don't want u to give me anything, I will buy it...finally I jus said thanks 4 nothing-it might have (24) settings but be careful- one setting will have ur tire rub on the inside-all they will say is its ur car-they will have to talk to engineering-they ride like $#*!-jus sayin..

I purchased a k24a2 swivel neck thermostat. I installed it and it was faulty around the bottom of the neck. They sent me a replacement and the exact same thing happened. I used gasket maker and I used a thermostat gasket maker and failed none the less. When I told them about this again they said they could give me a 80% refund or I pay for a shipping label and send it back. So you're telling me I purchased a faulty product, wasted over $100 in coolant and all they said was "wondering do you prefer a 80% refund" on the product not even asking on coolant or other issues like other companies would have done. This company is trash, garbanzo beans, Merde, $#*!! I will never do business with this joke of a company again. This has got to be some of the worst "customer service" I've experienced. If you are looking at this site PLEASEEEEE! Just close the page, walk into a dark room, and tell the wall to dry clean you hub caps. That would be a more pleasant experience dealing with this "company". -4/10 wouldn't recommend even if they paid me to shave a goat with a fire extinguisher if you know what I'm saying.

I recently bought a turbo and had a small issue with it. I contacted them and they were more than happy to send out a replacement. Great customer support highly recommend.

Ordered a simple tool and never got it. I placed a bad review on them and they bribed me to remove my review with 10usd. Now fighting to get my money back. Can't call them because all you get is a recording saying that they can't answer due to covid. Didn't know you could get covid over the phone.

I guess you get what you pay for. Instructions would have been nice, the videos online were horrible... I've had nothing but issues with these but after taking um off after install I realized the preload was not right. So after week of adjusting and buying shims they seem ok but horrible clunk only on one side. I'd say save money and buy springs way less time investment and cheaper... But the 24 adjustable damper is sweet... Weird to be slammed but soft. So if they just last I'd say a decent but I wouldn't buy these again. I have done coilovers b4 but never had to spend this amount of time on them
