How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at MaXpeedingrods?

After our turbocharger failed immediately, MaXpeedingrods would not answer our request for warranty replacement. (We purchased it with a 2 year warranty). They did absolutely nothing for us and after writing a email telling them they were unethical and dishonest we received an email saying "Have a nice day". That was the extent of their customer service. Save your money, do not do business with these people.

They reply to first email, and wont respond after that.

I've had zero issues with anyone at Maxpeedingrods Addison is very quick to respond via email any issue take a breather then write in a email politely is the key and someone should respond shortly you know you get more bees with honey then vinegar..
