I have been very disappointed with the service of maxbhi.
I had made a purchase of a mobile cover -pixel 2 for Rs 699/-.

What I received was a small piece of plastic which didn't serve my purpose at all.
I immediately wrote in and expressed my concern. I requested for the product to be returned and refunded. However, it's been a week and I've got no response.
How can I do future business with a platform like this, which doesn't respect it's customers.

Ordered "e960 phone charging port", phone did not power up after installation. Removed and asked for replacement. Was told that there is no warranty on product. What kind of online sales would send a non-working product and say there is no warranty. No refund either. Never will buy another from this site ever again. Just stay away!
It is awesome. I buy the 3 products from that site and got the best compatible product. Quality is perfect, fitments of product is perfect,, easy to install awesome service. Some times when the product not available they also get the order and later they cancelled the order and refund the money. But this was a normal thing.

I got damaged product but there was no damage from courier side. Mean maxbhi.com delivered damaged product.
I made complaint about the product. They have asked me to upload the image of the product. I did same but they said its not our problem.
I made complain at least 4-5 times with all proof but there support staff gives same copy paste answer.
They never listen to you and dont care for customer.
My strong advise, never ever buy anything from maxbhi.com. They are running false business.
Maxbhi is a wonderful web Market for purchasing accessories. I purchase Mobile back cover of Samsung I1900 in 2020. It's almost 10 year old device. First Android mobile from Samsung... It's good. I like maxbhi marketing and it's delivery system.

Flipkart amazon seems to be best online store when it comes to cancel/return. Kindly cancel the order its almost a month, I would like to purchase display from local market as you people are still not processing the order and since we are working from home I need a mobile phone. Kindly refund my money. You cant expect a person to stay without a mobile for a month. Do understand and cancel the order and refund my money. I hope there is no problem is refunding my money as the product is still not shipped and it wont be shipped for next two weeks.
This part is perfect if your Moto G4 Play mobile phone parts like USB charging port, microphone (mic) etc are not working. Team takes some time for delivery but sends the right part after confirming with you. This is a good step as it avoids confusion. Always send correct images of earlier part if you can take a photo of the part, this helps the team to send correct part. Good job Maxbhi team!
They don't have any stock in their hand, still they take order... Zen phones spare parts I ordered taken money from me finally put the money on e wallet... cancelling the product... no refund on this company once it's goes to the wallet it remains in the wallet... if u try to buy with e wallet... last minute they will cancel the product... worst company I have ever come across!
From Maxbhi I had ordered Back Panel of Vivo V1 mobile which was not readily available with Vivo Service Centre. I searched Online and found Maxbhi can supply it. I immediately ordered it by paying its cost Online and I got it delivered through Blue Dart in a short time. I took the help of local mobile repairer and got it fixed on my mobile. The Product quality was Good and it matched well with my instrument. I am really happy with the quick supply of the product and in mint condition. Before that I was just visiting time and again at Vivo Service Centre for the Back Panel and they were giving me one or other excuse saying because it is an old model they don't have it in the stock. I am happy customer of Maxbhi.com and thank you them for the quick service.
Bought wall mounted charger from them. Not working from day one.
Chasing but no respose. Now they are telling no refunds. OK they should replace the product. Which they are yet to do.

Great service and awesome products at a very reasonable price. You will not find the products offered by this site at any other popular website and that too at such affordable rates. The products are up to the expectations and authentic. If anyone wants to buy authentic mobile parts and accessories than maxbhi is the only option.
I just ordered a tempered glass for my Meizu mobile and after one day, the order says it is cancelled. I had payed the money online but they are not even refunding the money. The money is just put back in the Maxbhi Wallet.
They are cheating customers. Please dont buy from this website and get cheated.
I ordered a Moto G3 battery from Maxbhi & they send me a Moto G battery instead. This battery is not compatible with my mobile (the wire type is different from the one which suppose to work with Moto G3) & I have wasted my money on a Cheat site.
Now they are not replacing it. My suggestion don't buy anything from Maxbhi.
