One of the new fraud hub open by Maxbhi.com as their are hiding the product discription in their general terms and conditions.

Most of people found post sales behaviour of Maxbhi is very bad.
They have deleted all reviews wich was against their products.
Even before shipping queries are also deleted by them so that any one cannot claim that they have raised any query before shipping.

One you order from this fraudulent site you will loss everything i. E. you will not able to claim refund even received wrong of damaged product, they are not cooperating even for replacement also.

They show every product which may be available with them or not. They put some probability of availability on the product to blame the customer if he orders a low availability product.
The money you pay will be refunded to maxbhi e wallet saying that your product is not available due to seller's fault.
They take a lot of time between placing order to cancelling it saying that they are checking for quality.
Getting the money out from maxbhi wallet is easy with one click but they say that it takes 15 days to get refund. When other e shopping sites guarantee you a refund within 7 days or within 2 to 3 days, why does it take 15 days for this site?
A complete scam.

I ordered a spare parts for my mobile. I paid the amount but they were not ship my order after 15 days they sent msg that your order was cancelled and we will refund the money. Then they refund the money in their website wallet what is the use of that? I requested to transfer the money to my bank account and they said it will take 15 working days. But till now they never refunded the amount and i am not able to contact them. Really cheaters..

They only guarantee to return the device without unsealing or using it. Why do we return if we don't know the product is bad!
I have received a Realme 5 Pro display and touch pack. I checked it before installing and it worked, So installed it.
But after 4 days, it flickered for 15 min nd later completely blackened.
MaxBhi says the product should we how they sent us, i.e. With screen pack and cover. It's not possible.
Another caveat we have to courier them and god know whether we get money return or they tell some excuses... I haven't done it but I felt they do not return money or replce with a another good product.

I had a really great experience with them.
I ordered a touch screen digitiser for my phone. Firstly the guide to select the perfect fit and the exact device was really helpful. Then the delivery and customer support was phenomenal. Like I literally got my order, and no I don't live in the same city too.
The quality of the product was very good and was quite perfect on the device too. The packaging was good to keeping in mind that how fragile that component is.
Overall my experience with them was great and they will be my go-to choice for mobile parts and stuff from now on.

Its a cheating company to our indian economy They ate not issuing any tax invoice and supplying worst quality parts showing hi quality parts picture in their website i have raised the concern to commercial sale tax department utter pradesh & taking legal steps against this company.
Even the company was not mentioned any where in the website that they are not issuing tax invoice for the products sold.

I booked a keyboard for my Ipad. Customer service executive also made a call to me. I made the transaction. I got the initiation mail from maxbhi at 4:30 PM and got a mail at 5:00 PM saying the payment is still pending. If the product is not delivered to me by 4th, I will make sure that I post all this in all the social media and make it viral. I will definitely generate some bad publicity about Maxbhi if you don't ship the product or pay the money back without taking ordering charges. You don't even deserve a single star out of 5.

I love Maxbhi's service. They provide genuine parts and they all worked great without any issues. Also their customer care representatives are very nice and supportive.
Delivery was fast. I received all the items on exact date. There is need to worry about anything if one buys from Maxbhi.com.
Also the packaging of the items was very good with good amount of bubble wrap or thermocol (or Styrofoam) on both sides.
Bottom line - I liked Maxbhi's service and delivers reliable items.

Maxbhi offers good services from chat services to Calling facility with customer assistant.The prices are to be as considered. The Delivery speed is Good. After availability of the product they shipped the item then and then. Packing air bubbles plastic is the best part i like most which is very good and best.
