The kit worked so for that 5 stars. If you are intimidated by fixing stuff, I would suggest getting someone to do it for you. That said, the instructions were sufficient and the hardest part was dexterity. I do not think you can blame the MFG for this, it would be the same for every install. From my kit there was a magnetized screw head and a neutral one. It was still a bit difficult putting things back together. Free and unsolicited advice - go slow, separate the screws for each step as there are different sizes. In the end we had a screen that worked and no longer cracked.

It was a better experience with products which i have ordered, they delivered the item on the committed date and am very happy with the product quality am using it and experience like an original one. Thanks!

I have ordered multiple parts for my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 from Maxbhi.com My rear panel as well as the rear camera glass were damaged sue to a fall. Hence I needed a replacement.

The parts are easily available and catalogued on the website. The quality, while of course not the original, is definitely better than most replica pieces. For the rear panel, the color was only 70% match or so. The panel was a shade darker than the stock color. Order processing and shipping too are on the quicker side. I received both parts in Pune within 3 days from placing the order.

Worth a buy. Especially if other options aren't available.

Unable to contact them after placing my order and no reason showed for delay in order. They does not even have any contact number no mail id. No proper ethical way of contacting them.

If you try to contact through their website the website shows due to pandemic there is limited suport service available but I have tried contacting them for hours and day by day.no response received from their site. I have placed an order of more than ₹4000. But has no idea what is happening with my order.

The guys who are giving 5 stars are its employees and their friends. Never purchase from the worst website. They show one thing in their sales page and send u something else. They don't refund, only replace and that too u have to spend money on courier to send the product back to them. I tried that but got the same broken product twice. Pls never purchase if u value ur money. I spent 240 for earphone, 70 for courier. And after one month i got the same broken product (china made). So i spent 310 ( my valuable time) and got nothing. Better use snapdeal, flipkart or amazon. I would have easily got a good earphone of iball from amazon for Rs. 310 but $#*! i blame the day i came across maxbhi. These guys at maxbhi are there to cheat. And btw they never approved my review on their site.

I had ordered a Rear Camera for my Samsung Galaxy S6 phone vide order No ******* on 7 Mar 22.
I could not go to the service centre till the 5th Apr. When I visited the service centre they first told me that this was a spurious part old part. They opened the phone and compared the part sent by Maxhbi and the one in the phone. A picture attached. Maxhbi Customer care did not accept quoting a 10 day rule. The even rudely cut the call midway.
Do not trust them.

I have ordered replacement parts for my mobile twice from Maxbhi and while I was skeptical in he beginning trying something new for my requirements, I was pleasantly surprised by the professional and seamless experience that I had. Mind you, in Delhi, I have multiple physical options for such requirements, but the convenience of choosing from so many options, without that harrowing experience of offline shopping (especially during Covid times) and getting it delivered at home on time, stands out.
I am sure of repeat buying from Maxbhi if need be, in the future.

Those who are reading my review, please don't buy products from this website. They won't take any responsibility if you receive products dead on arrival or the product was broken. They will never refund you the money or they will send you any replacement parts. If you are a new customer then they will send you working parts for the first two orders you will make and then if the product cost is more then rs. 1000 they will definitely send you a broken product and won't take return.

Don't buy any product here all products are copyright.return and replacement policy is urself return not ur money is pay post office.
Some peoples happy here but few months later product working slow or not work.
