Was struggling to get the battery for my oldie Nokia 5300 my first phone got it from Maxbhi.com the next day of ordering. Thanks for bringing my phone back to life again. Kudos to the team. Glad with the service.

First I was curious about the product and its quality. After a lot of research, I ordered a battery for my smartphone and got it delivered as they committed on the website. Since I am using the battery it is giving me a good backup. Thanks to Maxabhi for providing genuine products at affordable prices. I suggest buying from Maxabhi for all types of electronic spare parts.

Don't buy anything from maxbhi they send defective Chinese product with any brand name and then deny to replace it. I purchased redmi note 7s battery and I got to know about this scam. Better buy from offline store because you will get brand products with warranty

Not below is the experience of mine with this number one company.

I booked above order on 26.07.2017 and got message SHIPMENT ARRIVED System(29/07/17 10:31:04).
Than SHIPMENT OUT FOR DELIVERY System(29/07/17 20:12:03): CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE System(31/07/17 12:57:03)
While i was in the office from morning 9.00 A. M to 7.00 P. M if not available not received a single call from delivery boy.
Same was repeated sunday while i was in the office from morning 9.00 A. M to 7.00 P. M on sunday also again not received a single call from delivery boy. Now showing will be deliver today. That is the delivery experience.

Now listen when call to customer care... call and wait for 25 minutes but could not connect that time is not in amazon also number 1 in the world.

So please do if do something, god bless you.

I have Ordered a product, they sent me wrong product, as I have only one phone, locally I purchased the product and replaced as it's emergency.

I called to inform that it's a wrong product, they argue that it's a right product, and they just replace.

As my requirement is fulfilled, I asked I will purchase another product.

But they have strange policy and they want to replace only that.

Why do they need to send me wrong product which won't fit in my mobile?

It's a worst service what they are doing.

I had placed order based on the availability shown on www.maxbhi.com and 5days after placing order they cancelled my order saying product is not available. But now its been more than a month and I have not yet received my refund. At least I have written 10 email to them but they are not bother to revert. Over phone if I am asking for refund, they are simply disconnecting the phone. Bastards!
This is scam only. They should be put behind the bars.

Maxbhi earning strategy is, to give you some products on time and later as you order more and more, you will realise they are not able to fulfil the product delivery. Then move your funds into wallet in Maxbhi account. That itself gains lot of bank interest for them. Image across the globe customers, how much money they are holding with Maxbhi wallets? This is the actual money earner for them, not the products. When you request for transfer this money from wallet to bank account, they take 2 weeks literally. Some day, we might see Maxbhi close the shop with all crores of money in their customer wallets.

I placed an order for Redmi 5 screen replacement (white), just then I got a call from Maxbhi as I didn't paid up yet (disturbed by office's works), and I opted for black over the phone then I got a new link on my regular SMS. They keep updating about the delivery status and make sure the product reaches me on time.
And yep, just as they do care, the product reached me on time safe and sound.

Purchase an item and due to manufacturing defect I wanted to return or exchange but #maxbhi.com refuse to do so. Their reply as you can check the screenshot 'why the seal is broken' but to check the product I had to do so.
