It's a local shop run in Delhi with an online presence. Maybe run by A Father's engineer son. They have subquality products totally fake product listings and worst customer support. They can send you anything and then ask you to pay for return and then also send another cheap piece.

We have such weak consumer laws in India. With hundreds of reviews from cheated customers on platforms like YouTube, quota, Google, Facebook, etc. A company can just pump into marketing and continue to fraud others. There is much market to cover and befraud that it does not matter.

Ordered a battery for A1428 (Iphone 5) and a tool kit to install the same. Very reasonable price, much cheaper than all other web sites. Extremely fast delivery, ordered on a Monday late evening, product delivered on Wednesday. Professional packaging and seamless transaction. Also received multiple text messages when shipped plus Blue Dart tracking info etc. Received a follow up call to check status and satisfaction. Was pleasantly surprised by the service. Will buy from these folks again.

It was my third purchase from maxbhi. First flex cable for nokia 2760, then touchscreen digitizer twice for samsung t211. All fitted perfectly. Packed excellently well. Reached on time. I believe they are more reliable than the third party online shopping apps who take no responsibility. You order from the seller and you get it. Price at a little higher side but it is bound to when people order less and look for rare accessories. Happy to buy.

I bought huawei mate 9 display whose touchpad/screen was not working, but Only i can say that after experience maxbi company is fraud.they cheat with customer. Sell defective products & if we ask for replacement, will give reasons of warranty, terms conditions, they blame customers only.

I have placed multiple orders from maxbhi, initially all the orders used to be a bit of medium quality product, which works. But from last two year, they are importing very low quality product from china or wherever, they just broke when you are placing in phone itself and since the replacement policy is send by yourself. They wont replace or receive package and this goes for a month following with super duper floppy customer care.

The only way to get refund of your products is to complain in consumer complaints and they understand and helps, but takes more time to resove.

Purchased htc housing and a battery from maxbhi they sent a mixed up housing front and back for the right phone and wrong mid frame! Contacted customer service they asked to send the product back to them at my expense when it's their fault and no sense of kindness felt like talking to a freaking robot on a email anything I messaged it was a same response back constantly reuqested a call never received one! Will never buy from again stay away people who run mobile phone repair business

Hi order for motorola g5s plus display replacement and front camera and paid online also. Order details is Order #******* (09/06/2021, 02:13 PM) still now no updates or there are not calling or pickup over call. It is fack company. I will put consumer case on them and make video on them. They are cheating customers. Pls don't buy in this web site.

I was searching for a keypad for my old nokia phone. I found Maxbhi. It was a nice experience to have all Mobile Spare Parts, Mobile Accessories, Mobile Tool Kits, Solar & Lighting under one roof. For long time I was searching for this type of web to repair my damaged gadgets. Local shops are not that much reliable source for repairing damaged ones.

Thanks to Maxbhi personnel for the effort. I also surprised to have a prompt and smooth delivery. The product was 'Full Body Housing for Nokia 1100'. I am fully satisfied with the finished product. In future I would like to shop again from Maxbhi. Hope to have this service in future.
