I ordered a LCD display and it is received without any physical damage it is not working i returned the same product to the company but they are rejected to replace instead of that they are saying to me you are removed the warranty seal they are saying only one plastic screen paper as warranty seal. I send the entire pack as it is only for that reason they are rejecting for replacement. ''when I received the display combo I recorded the video and installation video also''
In their terms and conditions they are not specifically mentioned about the warranty seal these loophole they are using to fraud customers
Please resolve my problem.

Its been several days I am writing to Maxbhi on there support but they are not cared about there customer. Flipkart amazon seems to be best online store when it comes to cancel/return. Kindly cancel the order its almost a month, I would like to purchase display from local market as you people are still not processing the order and since we are working from home I need a mobile phone. Kindly refund my money. You cant expect a person to stay without a mobile for a month. Do understand and cancel the order and refund my money.

Recently I bought a Moto X4 LED from Maxbhi.com. When I connected it with my mobile, the touch was not working. I requested for replacement. I returned it properly with proper packing. They have returned back the same LED and gave the excuse that I have not returned it properly. The company is cheating it clients. They take payment in advance and then sell substandard chinese product. In case of quality issue, these people do not replace the item by giving a lot of excuse. Horrific experience...

I have booked an LCD touch Screen for my honor 8 pro in the evening. Same day my phone broke into pieces so i requested to cancel my order around 5-6 hrs of ordering the product. Next morning i got a call from maxbhi that now You cannot cancel the order as the product is in process. I told her that my phone broke and for me, the LCD screen is of no use now. And then she told that ok we can cancel your order but you will not get your full refund. We'll deduct 500/- from your payment as we have to give this to the courier company.

I ordered my phone display but what I recieved was old model display, they have not mention model number below their product not even size of display. Lack of information. Directly buy now option is there. When I ask them to replace it they are rude mentioning terms and condition and not ready to listen to customer. I will not suggest anyone to shop from maxbhi.com..

Last week I bought my display for realme 6, the quality of the product was so cheap and the display was so fragile, within two to three days the display was easily broken without even dropping my phone or using it roughly, And the touch sensor is so bad at responding. Totally dissatisfied with the product waste of money plz don't buy from this website, cheap product for cheap price are the bad decision. For which I'm regretting right now.

Their spares are useless and very poor quality. Dont waste your money.The display that came was a very low quality LCD, very low brightness, and huge wide bezels around the screen. On top of that the fingerprint sensors dont work, which I was unaware, since they have already mentioned it in their Warranty Terms and Conditions.

Now I cant replace it.
