They should sell the products only if it is available, why taking the money and playing games.
They send defective touch screen and refused to replace it. They are saying that you remove the tag of touch screen. They are intentionally send defective or damage product. If customer do not know about tag and tag remove than they are say warranty is broken. No they do not accept. My question why you send defective product first? They are blaming on us cheater company. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS. IT IS MUCH BATTER IF I SPEND 200 Rs MORE with OTHER SUPPLYER.
They 1st send you wrong product. After your complain they didn't pick your call and they wants several formalities.

These people are cheats. They list all the products on their website even the ones which are not available with them. After that when your order that product, they will send your a message after 2-3 days that the order is cancelled due to unavailability and you will get your refund within 7-10 days. BUT they will process your refund minimum after 15 days and that too after regular poking and requesting them regularly. If you forget about your refund, they will never reverse the amount back to your bank account.
If they do ship your product to you, it would be a faulty product and there will be no refund for it.
The MAXBHI reviews on google and many other websites are FAKE, its their own maxbhi representatives that are giving the good reviews.
And also they donot reply to your emails easily, neither do they pick up your phone.
This is their strategy, they are keeping money of thousands of people in their bank account and earning interest, or doing their personal work with their money.
This all happened with me. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy s8 plus folder worth Rs *******( order id *******) from this website and my money was stuck with them.
So please beware of this website and do not order any product from them as they are a big Fraud.

No proper support, even after 2 weeks of order cancellation, they have not initiated my refund money to their wallet nor my bank account. The support people always reply saying "within 24 or 48 hours your issue will be resolved" but till now, nothing has changed... worst cheating site... no guarantee or refund for your money
