Massive Holiday

Issues that i faced:

1. We mentioned 4 beds as per the package. Room booked was 3 beds in one hotel and 4 beds in another by massive holidays. We had to go with pain. I had to lose money, they were trying cover themselves.

2. Driver was very horrible. I had to keep my phone GPS on every time, even for finding hotel.

3. Lakshmi villas palace was scheduled for Monday in itinerary. Which was holiday. So we did it on Tuesday.

4. In the itinerary Lakshmi villas palace and Vadodora palace was included on separate day. But both are same with different names. I came to know when we were searching for vadodara palace. So we didn't do anything that day.

5. Through out no one from Massive holidays enquired about tour. If I call or put message in what's app, no response for that.

6. Different people enquiring about money throughout, even though sales person as mentioned to give money different days.

7. Car provided for tour was in bad condition and driver was not professional. He didn't know anything about Vadodora place.

Hi, we are 14 people, we have taken trip to Uttarakhand trough Massive holiday with a package deal. It was memorable Uttarakhand trip planned by Pradeep Singh Gurjar. And our driver was very friendly and know the routes properly. We enjoyed the trip through out. All members are really happy and next groups trip arrange by only Massive holiday. I would surely recommend to my friends and family, Thanks again Massive holiday and Pradeep Jii.

This was our first and last trip from massiveholiday. The service and staff was so bad. Sujit sales guy never picks phone once amount is paid to them and booking person * was not at all professional. When complained about service he said 20k k trip mei aisi hi service milegi from massiveholiday as its not makemytrip kind of company. Poor arrangement in puri. Will never recommend to anyone.

It was best experience of trip of Rajasthan your team arrange all the things well as you committed to me.

Don't go near this company, they talk very sweetly until they get your money. We engaged them last year for Gujarat trip, just two of us and budget was not a constraint. They are just commission agents getting kickback from hotels and car owners, and their 'guides' are none other than the drivers. Inspite of charging extra for driver's boarding and lodging, he slept in the car and it was stinking every morning. Rooms were lowest possible category and Kutch resort was an abandoned place in dirty condition in middle of nowhere. Book directly with top hotels if you have the money, and avoid these people. They hide behind internet and never come face to face for meetings and although they are based in Delhi they will never reveal their address etc.

It was a wonderful experience for us. All your arrangements were up to the mark.
All hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent Thanks for your support and prompt response.

Worst coordination. If you wish to have a peaceful holiday, please don't choose Massive Holidays. Travel agents never responded after you make the full payment.

Very costly and was not organised effectively. Not all the places were covered as per the given iternery. Given Vehicles condition was really bad. Not recommended at all. Better explore other agents than Massive Holiday.

We have travelled quite extensively but the service provided by Massive Holidays is certainly the worst. The rooms were unclean, the kitchens unhygienic, the bedsheets unwashed. We were four, booked a package for 7 nights and 8 days. The worst hotels were Mussoorie and Nainital.

Very disappointing hotel accommodation in Bhuj, No communication through out the trip, driver good and patient, but had no Idea of the places of visit. Zeel resort in kutch was 23km away from white desert, so no hope of seeing the sun rise, didn't inform about permit to be taken for visiting white desert, didn't inform about monument closed on Monday, Only wanted the money to be transfered on urgent basis...

This is one of the worst service availing the Kashi package and they cheated without giving amenities as per the plan and also did not provide the proper transportation as per the plan
Our entire tour went on with arguing with these agency staffs even after paying complete payment initially itself If there is an option to give -ve star then I will. Please never book a package from this company. They are very unprofessional He is very greedy. He threatened that if we call him at the hotel, he will cancel the services. Despite that he took full amount and on top of it spoke extremely rudely which pained me a lot. He is pure fraud non loyal business man I could understand but he was rude and disrespectful

False promises, sweet talk until receipt of booking. Things changed after that.
1. For pick up from Rajkot airport for Rann of Kutch trip - Driver arranged from Jamnagar.
2. Driver was overworked already and was found sleepy in the first hour.
3. Car arranged was an old noisy one - quite uncomfortable
4. Driver not briefed at all about the itenary and was also not well versed with sight seeing attractions
5. Hotel prices charged was almost twice the cost paid by them.
6. They could have done better for atleast a couple of hotels during the whole trip.

All in all felt cheated & such travel agents are the ones who drive other travel agents out of business cause we would now prefer doing online booking ourselves.

Massive holiday is biggest fraud if I say them thief or cheater that's not enough. We have booked super deluxe package, these worst fellow changes 4/4 hotels offered and giving excuses that hotel are expensive now due to weekend, booked are 3rd class one. And then start giving cancel threats at end time when u say same back to them. Then say, " ab nahi ho sakta" policy hai. Booking agent don't receive call, no watsapp reply.
Then person called name * wil start, he is one of worst professional of hospitality industry, even I surprised who hired/took him in this industry He don't know how to talk and talk nonsense. He must listen his own recorded call. Such fellow should be kicked off from hospitality business. Else wrong assumption will set into people's mind about travel agencies.

My Jammu & kashmir Tour last week was very Good, all this was possible because of this Company. Thank u so much Massive Holiday.

Worst travel company I have ever booked a package from. If there is an option to give -ve star then I will. Please never book a package from this company. They are very unprofessional. * does not know how to talk to the customer. He mentioned 5-6 hotels in iternary mail but after taking booking amount he refused to book hotel from list and gave us substandard hotel and also asked for extra money. He is very greedy. He threatened that if we call him at the hotel, he will cancel the services. * was also very unprofessional, he said "itne mein to itna he milega". TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
1) I had a terrifying experience with Massive Holiday, Basically they spoiled my whole trip
They have outsourced their CAB service to any random 3rd party ppl, They don't even do the background check of Drivers
Our driver name was MAJID PATHAN, on the second day of trip on our way back from statue of unity my phone was left in the car. Later on when we tried calling the number it was showing out of coverage area. We then called MAJID and asked him about the phone he denied that phone was left in the car. We then tracked the phone through Google feature and it was showing location as SARKHEJ Where drive MAJID pathan leaved, we then police logged an FIR against MAJID at KRANJ Police station. He still denied that phone was with him, Later on INSPECTOR gave him tight 7-8 slaps and then he confessed. It was almost 3 AM in the morning. Thanks God my family was with me
I kindly request all of you not to book any trips going ahead with MASSIVE Team, when this incident happened RAHUL from ( MASSIVE HOLIDAY) said you and driver deal with it and their was no support from these travel company.
They do not do any background check before outsourcing this to CAB services

It's nice to contact Shri Harendra, He has narrated the details of the tour and convinced me the enjoy full tour and kept his words.
We have started our problems when we tour Organiser Mr Pallav came in to the picture. He himself is confused person and spoiling tour enjoyment.

I told him to Book good rooms for three persons and will pay for it. But he booked ordinary rooms even after payment for good rooms which were not suitable for three persons At Ahmedabad and Baroda. In Ahmedabad the room was upgrade after 45 minutes after pursuation to Pallav But in Baroda it was worst room the extra bed was given at 11.45 pm. The services were very poor. L have proposed to take full amount of tour expenses before starting the tour but denied by Mr. Pallav and asked me to pay for Diesel to Driver on regular intervals. Contrary to that as soon as I reached the airport the Driver demanded balance payment immediately.
Than I paid the full amont on next day and asked Mr Pallav any other payment is required he replied full payment received. But after six days again he demanded balance amount on urgent basis. That I also paid. When I requested to inform me the bifurcation of the amount paid he didn't sent me the details of charges under different heads.

I feel that the Pallav is an obstacle in enjoying the tour.

Hence I am of the openin to desist from the service from Massive Holiday else your your will be spoiled due to incompetent/ inefficient person like Mr. Pallav.
In future I will not opt for Massive Holiday and suggest others also not to choose.

I have taken the Gujarat Tour for 9 days,
My trip experience is as follows:

Any Trip as per me is 3 types i.,e 1. Archaeologically Important 2. Temple Tour 3. Natural & Nature Tours.
Massive Holidays (MH) guys first cheated me with saying all places i have chosen will cover and i line Archaeologically important Places.

1)... First Cheating
At least 6 places were closed but MH guys have confirmed e that they are part of the Tour knowing well that these places were CLOSED and no access to PUBLIC.

2) ---- Second Cheating
Second i have got a promise that Innova with less than 4 years Old will be Provided to me and got a Innova of age older than 15 years with 4 lac driven... No A/c is working and at last with a great fight i could change to another 15 yr old Innova with atleast A/c is working.

3)... THIRD CHEATING... There is noting to see or Visit in Junagarh & Rajkot
Thanks to Internet which says a lot to see in Junagarh & Rajkot but unfortunately its nothing to see here. No advise from the MH on this but kept 3 days in the Itinerary to cover alteast 15 places which is complete Waste of time and Money and energy etc. So 30% of amount paid as a part of Tour is complete waste. They chose this because to cover lower cost Hotels, Transport Cost... NIL and onward journey to Ahm'Bad.

4... FOURTH CHEATING
Terms & Conditions says Similar, Subject to, Naturally, Act of God like wise words. For example if Car A/c is not working they term it as Act of God but it is actually Age($#*!) old Vehicle of 4 lac driven Innova. If palace is closed they say they are not responsible even MH guys knows it is closed for public for last 2/3 years etc. A complete cheating of the Tourist.

5... FIFTH CHEATING
The terms and conditions says 100 % Advance before the Tour and whatever happens during the Tour they say as CONDITIONS APPLY. So never agree to pay 100% in advance and keep paying the money during the tour plan per day basis.

1. Sales person says his job is limited to book the Sale
2. Account person says he is responsible for collection of Money only
3. Branch Head says every thing is Act of God --- Conditions apply

I would wish there is negative review ratings

Finally i had a worst experience with the MASSIVE TRAVEL and i never ADVISE any one to Book through this useless Travels...

Never ever even think of planning your trip with Massive Holiday. It's really going to be a mess.

I had planned 11days Rajasthan package with them, intially they were responding well. But once they recieve the payment they don't even bother to Take your call.

Especially Mr. Harendra, a sales executive and Mr. Pallav are big culprits, showed very irresponsible behaviour and statements, big cheaters. We tried reaching out to someone called Rahul to raise our concerns. Even he was behind money and was of no help. Before starting the trip they had agreed to everything we asked but after the payment and day before the trip they change their words like below::

1. We had asked Etios vehicle & they too had agreed and we made the package accordingly, a night before the trip they told it's going to be Swift, if we need Etios we have to pay extra.

2. We had requested for Two pickup points, they had agreed before finalizing the package. Previos day to the trip, they told it's not possible to pick up from 2 location and they told us that it will be extra charge for 2 points.

3. They promised to provide a good & new vehicle, but wat they sent was old damaged. Vehicle.
4. They don't work as a team, when any issue raises they don't even respind and rectify it... We had to keep calling different different people to fix the issue.

5. Vehicle was in very bad condition, unprofessional driver, Caughing all the time, hardly wore mask and hardly changed his cloth. We were very scared to travel with him due to his poor hygiene. He didn't know the route properly, I had to keep my google map on every time. Iternary were not suggested properly.

Driver used to give stupid reasons like roads are not good to avoid some places which are especially on top region point/hills just to avoid his driving.

Overall their company is WORST, CHEATING. They don't know the value of a customer. They will be behind only for the money. The WORST service provider. I'm filing a case against their company...

My holiday to Gujarat was really a memorable one. The staff of Massive Holiday were so helpful, friendly and approachable. I liked their team work and coordination throughout my tour. I'm very happy to say that they have taken utmost care in attending all my concerns. If I ever plan for another holiday, Massive Holiday would be my only choice. Thank you very much and keep up the good work!

We the group of 11 families of 29 members visited through your massive holiday tour package. The accommodation very nice. First day the entire trip was good including two mini buses with condition and polite drivers. On the second day one of the mini buses changed with new driver. The same bus was not in condition and the driver also arrogant. Except that everything was good. They picked up from station and droppedus at station in time.
