Massive Holiday

Issues that i faced:

1. We mentioned 4 beds as per the package. Room booked was 3 beds in one hotel and 4 beds in another by massive holidays. We had to go with pain. I had to lose money, they were trying cover themselves.

2. Driver was very horrible. I had to keep my phone GPS on every time, even for finding hotel.

3. Lakshmi villas palace was scheduled for Monday in itinerary. Which was holiday. So we did it on Tuesday.

4. In the itinerary Lakshmi villas palace and Vadodora palace was included on separate day. But both are same with different names. I came to know when we were searching for vadodara palace. So we didn't do anything that day.

5. Through out no one from Massive holidays enquired about tour. If I call or put message in what's app, no response for that.

6. Different people enquiring about money throughout, even though sales person as mentioned to give money different days.

7. Car provided for tour was in bad condition and driver was not professional. He didn't know anything about Vadodora place.

Worst behaviour by company staff.
Worst vehicle provide to us, any body can see the vehicle photo,no AC can function.
O! horrible tour.

It's nice to contact Shri Harendra, He has narrated the details of the tour and convinced me the enjoy full tour and kept his words.
We have started our problems when we tour Organiser Mr Pallav came in to the picture. He himself is confused person and spoiling tour enjoyment.

I told him to Book good rooms for three persons and will pay for it. But he booked ordinary rooms even after payment for good rooms which were not suitable for three persons At Ahmedabad and Baroda. In Ahmedabad the room was upgrade after 45 minutes after pursuation to Pallav But in Baroda it was worst room the extra bed was given at 11.45 pm. The services were very poor. L have proposed to take full amount of tour expenses before starting the tour but denied by Mr. Pallav and asked me to pay for Diesel to Driver on regular intervals. Contrary to that as soon as I reached the airport the Driver demanded balance payment immediately.
Than I paid the full amont on next day and asked Mr Pallav any other payment is required he replied full payment received. But after six days again he demanded balance amount on urgent basis. That I also paid. When I requested to inform me the bifurcation of the amount paid he didn't sent me the details of charges under different heads.

I feel that the Pallav is an obstacle in enjoying the tour.

Hence I am of the openin to desist from the service from Massive Holiday else your your will be spoiled due to incompetent/ inefficient person like Mr. Pallav.
In future I will not opt for Massive Holiday and suggest others also not to choose.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
1) I had a terrifying experience with Massive Holiday, Basically they spoiled my whole trip
They have outsourced their CAB service to any random 3rd party ppl, They don't even do the background check of Drivers
Our driver name was MAJID PATHAN, on the second day of trip on our way back from statue of unity my phone was left in the car. Later on when we tried calling the number it was showing out of coverage area. We then called MAJID and asked him about the phone he denied that phone was left in the car. We then tracked the phone through Google feature and it was showing location as SARKHEJ Where drive MAJID pathan leaved, we then police logged an FIR against MAJID at KRANJ Police station. He still denied that phone was with him, Later on INSPECTOR gave him tight 7-8 slaps and then he confessed. It was almost 3 AM in the morning. Thanks God my family was with me
I kindly request all of you not to book any trips going ahead with MASSIVE Team, when this incident happened RAHUL from ( MASSIVE HOLIDAY) said you and driver deal with it and their was no support from these travel company.
They do not do any background check before outsourcing this to CAB services

Im happy to make plan with this company massive holiday. He arrange all things according to us and all time in touch with us. in tour driver not so good but when we said to pallav he change. So over all my experience was good.

Out tour for odisha was very good. We stay at hotel in puri toshali sands he take care us perfectly. Car was good and staff is so supporting. We want to thanks for arranging rahul ji and booking team pallav ji.

We are Mr. And Mrs. Prasad from patna, bihar. The Gujrat trip was amazing. The complete itinerary was planned by massive holidays. Our point of contact, Mr. Pradeep singh, was on top of everything, he arranged the best travel, best sightseeing, best darshan, and best stays across the trip. We didn't have to worry at all. Our driver, Mr. Yakub was quite helpful to us, and was a guide cum driver. He transported us all around Gujrat quite well, and always catered to our needs.

I recently in Nov 2019 had a customized Gujarat trip (6N/7D). While customizing the trip to my requirements, the Massive Holiday experienced lead coordinator relentlessly worked listening to my specific requirements and proposed/suggested a customized trip satisfying my requirements.
The key person driver/guide was fabulous. He quickly understood our likes/dislikes and tailored the trip throughout satisfying our specific needs. He was a patient, cautious and humble person and mattered a lot to us for a successful and conflict free trip.
Overall it was a pleasant and memorable trip. I would recommend anyone who plan a customized tour to go with Massive holiday for a conflict free and pleasant trip.

I had a fantastic Gujarat trip in 3rd of Dec 2019. I customize trip Every detail was taken care of. Hotel stays were excellent. Food very good to the palate. Tour planer Rahul sharma handled the group very well. Will recommend it because they provide a surprise dinner in the cultural and tradition restaurant Vishala in Ahmadabad we enjoyed there dance and folk music. Worth money to stay reasonable price. You guys are first choice when we plan trip.
