Long review, but 2 minutes here will save you from Trauma, humiliation, and being emotionally harassed. I never imagined I'd be writing such a review, but what I experienced with Massive Holidays was nothing short of a nightmare dressed as a travel agency. If you're even considering them, please think twice. It all began when I approached them to plan a custom trip for my parents. I was cautious, I took multiple quotes, and I only entertained this company because of Ms. Deepshika, who came across as professional and empathetic. She was kind, professional, and truly went the extra mile to win my trust—especially since I was planning a special trip for my parents. Because of her, I gave Massive Holidays the benefit of the doubt and finalized a Gujarat tour package after multiple rounds of discussion. So far, so good. Happy with the services so far, I requested a quote for an additional destination. And asked for a overall competative price. But here's where the real horror story begins. This small request pulled the curtains back to reveal the company's true, terrifying face—enter Mr. Abhishek Rao, Deepshika's so-called "manager". What followed was nothing short of outrageous. Completely a cheapster, mannerless and i think words fall short to explain his character. Who takes things on Ego, doesn't allow even the customer to talk and loves to prove his superiority with his faking accent. He storms into the telephonic conversation uninvited, starts spewing venom just because I asked for a competitive quote comparison—which any sensible customer would. But this guy? He spirals into full-blown verbal assault mode, mocking me for trying to "afford" a trip, shaming me for wasting their time, and even dragging my parents into his filthy rant. I was left shocked, disgusted, and furious. View all Massive Holiday

Had a great overall experience with accommodation, trip plan and travel on our 8 day trip to Uttarakhand. The trip was heavily customised as per our demands and they still delivered.

He spirals into full-blown verbal assault mode, mocking me for trying to "afford" a trip, shaming me for wasting their time, and even dragging my parents into his filthy rant. I was left shocked, disgusted, and furious. Who does that? What kind of professional conduct is this? Let me make this crystal clear: as a customer, I have every right to compare prices and negotiate. If you can't match, politely decline. I'm not the only customer and your not the only provider. But this man's venomous outburst showed me exactly what kind of culture this agency breeds—arrogance, entitlement, and zero accountability. This wasn't just arrogance—it was pure psychological abuse. This man turned a travel inquiry into a personal attack, showing zero respect for basic decency. And then, like a final insult, he has the audacity to mockingly say "go book with 'that' someone else, and I'll even pay you extra if you cant afford on top of it drim my pocket." It wasn't just insulting—it was classist, condescending, and humiliating. And here's the chilling part: after this traumatic call, I scrolled through their Google reviews—only to find similar stories from others. This Abhishek guy? Notorious. I dodged a bullet, and so did my parents. For few bucks here or there is nothing compared to the mental damage of dealing with such toxic people. Google reviews clearly show that this is their standard operating procedure. Massive Holidays is not a travel company. It is a scam machine powered by arrogance, mismanagement, and emotional manipulation. This is not just a travel agency—it's a trap wrapped in promises and sold with smiles, only to snap into a nightmare the moment you question them. I really wonder why the management breed these kind of people who just bring black spot to the firm. 🔴 They prey on emotions, then strike with insults and abuse.
Abhishek in particular needs to be thought on basic manners on how to talk to customer before anything For a few thousand bucks, I could've lost my peace, my dignity, and trust in the entire travel industry. 👎 Massive Holidays = Massive Mistake. Massive Regret. Massive TRASH
After my first review (if any one of you haven’t still seen it, check the ‘Most Relevant’ section),
Here is a new tale about Massive Holidays more specifically Ms. Deepshika who actually called me back today.
The reason for the call? Not to apologise. Not to fix things. But to ask me to delete my review. Her reasoning? “I haven’t given you any service, so you have no reason to post.”
What a logic!
Let me spell it out for you, Massive Holidays and Ms. Deepshika: Reviews aren’t just for people
I have taken the Gujarat Tour for 9 days,
My trip experience is as follows:
Any Trip as per me is 3 types i.,e 1. Archaeologically Important 2. Temple Tour 3. Natural & Nature Tours.
Massive Holidays (MH) guys first cheated me with saying all places i have chosen will cover and i line Archaeologically important Places.
1)... First Cheating
At least 6 places were closed but MH guys have confirmed e that they are part of the Tour knowing well that these places were CLOSED and no access to PUBLIC.
2) ---- Second Cheating
Second i have got a promise that Innova with less than 4 years Old will be Provided to me and got a Innova of age older than 15 years with 4 lac driven... No A/c is working and at last with a great fight i could change to another 15 yr old Innova with atleast A/c is working.
3)... THIRD CHEATING... There is noting to see or Visit in Junagarh & Rajkot
Thanks to Internet which says a lot to see in Junagarh & Rajkot but unfortunately its nothing to see here. No advise from the MH on this but kept 3 days in the Itinerary to cover alteast 15 places which is complete Waste of time and Money and energy etc. So 30% of amount paid as a part of Tour is complete waste. They chose this because to cover lower cost Hotels, Transport Cost... NIL and onward journey to Ahm'Bad.
4... FOURTH CHEATING
Terms & Conditions says Similar, Subject to, Naturally, Act of God like wise words. For example if Car A/c is not working they term it as Act of God but it is actually Age($#*!) old Vehicle of 4 lac driven Innova. If palace is closed they say they are not responsible even MH guys knows it is closed for public for last 2/3 years etc. A complete cheating of the Tourist.
5... FIFTH CHEATING
The terms and conditions says 100 % Advance before the Tour and whatever happens during the Tour they say as CONDITIONS APPLY. So never agree to pay 100% in advance and keep paying the money during the tour plan per day basis.
1. Sales person says his job is limited to book the Sale
2. Account person says he is responsible for collection of Money only
3. Branch Head says every thing is Act of God --- Conditions apply
I would wish there is negative review ratings
Finally i had a worst experience with the MASSIVE TRAVEL and i never ADVISE any one to Book through this useless Travels...
Chakra S Prava
We a group of four planned a 12 day trip to Gujarat starting from Rajkot to Bhuj, Kutch, Jamnagar, Dwarka, Somnath, Diu, Sasangir, Patan and Kevadia.
I took the help of Massive holidays sales executive *. At first every thing was pleasant. We wanted a good vehicle with friendly driver and 3 star hotels. Our primary requirement was good driver and vehicle and we made it clear that hotels even if not upto the mark it was ok. They offered us a so called super deluxe package in their own words. We proceeded with advance etc. Unfortunately I had to drop from the trip due to family medical emergency. The other 3 proceeded. Then started their woes. The vehicle given was an old innova with a driver who did not know where to go from Rajkot. I specifically informed him it was a 12 day itinerary and asked him to take enough clothes etc it turned out he was unaware of the tour. He had no change of clothes or even money sufficient for 2 days till reaching Kutch.
The vehicle itself was outsourced by massive holidays. So some third party contacted them and asked for money. By this time 60% of the total cost was paid already. I do not understand how we can make payment to some other person without our tour operator saying so.
Next the driver was changed in Jamnagar and they proceeded on the tour. Here I learnt that the driver was continuously chewing some smelly tobacco in a AC vehicle and also not cleaning the vehicle at all. When the same was brought to the notice of vehicle owner a * he spoke very rudely to one of my friends a senior citizen and said that everyone eats gutkha in Gujarat and also they won't clean the vehicle on day to day basis. He allegedly said if they want to continue they may if not take another vehicle then and there.
To top it all before 2 days of trip completion when hardly 15% of the total cost was to be paid the driver stopped the vehicle some where on the way to Ahmedabad and demanded they pay the rest of the amount. He failed to move until the balance is paid to him for half an hour. My friend immediately contacted*of massive holidays because 3 to 4 thousand had to be adjusted before paying the balance amount. Finally the remaining amount was paid and they proceeded on the journey.
I fail to understand why Massive Holidays was not making payments for the vehicle and asking us to pay it. Because they were our trip organisers and not some xyz.
Also I contacted * and requested him give me some rebate as I was not travelling. Also informed him about my close relatives death. Despite that he took full amount and on top of it spoke extremely rudely which pained me a lot. He is pucca business man I could understand but he was rude and disrespectful. With due respect to the people of Gujarat I am extremely disappointed and it left a bitter taste in my mouth. I had high expectations.
I do suggest that no one takes Massive holidays help. Though I was not in this tour my husband and friends all senior citizens were involved in it.

One of the TOP MOST CHEATING COMPANY
Never ever even think of planning your trip with Massive Holiday. It's really going to be a mess.
I had planned 11days Rajasthan package with them, intially they were responding well. But once they recieve the payment they don't even bother to Take your call.
Especially Mr. Harendra, a sales executive and Mr. Pallav are big culprits, showed very irresponsible behaviour and statements, big cheaters. We tried reaching out to someone called Rahul to raise our concerns. Even he was behind money and was of no help. Before starting the trip they had agreed to everything we asked but after the payment and day before the trip they change their words like below::
1. We had asked Etios vehicle & they too had agreed and we made the package accordingly, a night before the trip they told it's going to be Swift, if we need Etios we have to pay extra.
2. We had requested for Two pickup points, they had agreed before finalizing the package. Previos day to the trip, they told it's not possible to pick up from 2 location and they told us that it will be extra charge for 2 points.
3. They promised to provide a good & new vehicle, but wat they sent was old damaged. Vehicle.
4. They don't work as a team, when any issue raises they don't even respind and rectify it... We had to keep calling different different people to fix the issue.
5. Vehicle was in very bad condition, unprofessional driver, Caughing all the time, hardly wore mask and hardly changed his cloth. We were very scared to travel with him due to his poor hygiene. He didn't know the route properly, I had to keep my google map on every time. Iternary were not suggested properly.
Driver used to give stupid reasons like roads are not good to avoid some places which are especially on top region point/hills just to avoid his driving.
Overall their company is WORST, CHEATING. They don't know the value of a customer. They will be behind only for the money. The WORST service provider. I'm filing a case against their company...
