I ordered twice and both times my order was a month delayed. Quality of hair was not good (almost like doll hair) And forget getting through to this company by phone if you ever have an issue. Fortunately I purchased through PayPal, and opened a claim with them. PayPal have escalated this to a case that they are now handling to try and get my money back. Please beware ordering from this company. And if you have issues please bring it up with PayPal.

I received my extensions which are supposed to be a hundred percent To be a 100% Remy hair, which is not the case. They are split ends frizzy. Dry and not wearable at all. Save your money. Because what they advertise is not what you get. And it's very hard to get your money refunded.
Which I'm still in the process.There are better companies out there.And I will never recommend them

Realized why I hated the first order I had years ago. Made a mistake buying again! One week and I had to remove them. Don't believe the "reviews". There's no where to leave actual feedback, so they clearly filter. Do not buy.

* hair is not good quality, one wash and they frizz and dry up. No matter what salon quality shampoo and conditioner you use it will not help.
* tapes are super thick and uncomfortable. No bend.
* color is way off from photos on website, despite possible differences via devices. It's way off.
* length is not as described. I ordered 22" and got 18".
* hair is not 100% human/Remy. Lots of strings and plastic strands.
*sheds like crazy

Save yourself the hassle. Better off buying cheap hair off Amazon tbh

I stumbled on their website and purchased, biggest waste of time and money ever.
1. Initially the tracking they sent me was a weird shipping company outside of Australia that would never pick up the number they had given me
2. After following it up as I was concerned my event was in 6 weeks their customer service advised me it was lost and asked me to pay for express shipping on a new order which I refused
3. They shipped it anyway and sent me a Paypal request for the shipping which I ignored
4. Upon arrival I opened the bag to the WORST smell ever, like something had died and been covered in a chemical. I can't explain it.
5. Got the extensions out and no question, they were thin. Not thin like I have thick hair but thin like you can't blend them into anything. Holding them up by the clips you can see through the strands almost in sections.
6. I contacted customer service within minutes asking if there was a mistake with the order and sent pictures.
7. Was offered a $5 refund and told to keep them as shipping companies are unreliable and it's likely they will be lost if I did return it they would charge me all sorts of fees that will come out of my refund, I refused as I had paid $82.20 and they were unusable
8. Was offered an $8.20 refund and told to keep them, I refused and told them that consumer law dictates a refund for the product and that I will be returning them. I even said I would be in NSW and asked for the address to deliver them in person. No reply.
9. I contacted them again, they eventually replied saying to wash the hair twice and with the offer of an $8.20 refund, keep the hair and they would give me a voucher for a future order. Which i declined again, asked them for their ABN or ACN and said I needed it to contact the ACCC and make a complaint against them.
This company is a scam, like not a kind of scam but a 100% legit scam that is being allowed to continue. If anyone else is in Australia please get in contact with me, if many of us make a complaint with the ACCC it should cause a significant impact where us and others will benefit and prevent further people falling victim.

Considered purchasing and went through the paypal option. On paypal, the next screen was supposed to be the payment review but the company has it set so it does not review anything, it just submits the order. I sent an email 8 min after, asking them to cancel their order. As per their website, you have up to 8 hrs to cancel your order, free of charge. I did not get a response so I sent 2 more emails. At apprx 1130pm, they finally replied, asking why I wanted to cancel. I replied immediately, asking for the order to be cancelled. They replied to this at 330am (which is now outside their 8 hr window) asking me to accept the item, try them and return them. They charge fees for returns so I said no and to cancel my order, again. At 530, they send me an email stating they shipped the items.

I have countless emails saved and screenshots of "chats" showing that they scanned me! Never got my product! Don't believe me go to their site and "chat" it will always be a robot Laurel, and the email for their customer service is always "Mary" they give me the run around for months! Took my money and my tracking number from Canada post shows it was sent back. They keep telling me someone will be in contact with me and never contact me. They don't have anyone to call (their number is a voicemail in China) when I chat with them I ask them to call me they said they can only chat ur email. Complete run around! I only rated 1 star cause it won't let me submit with ZERO stars.

Please I beg you do not waste your money here. I ordered hair from this company over two weeks ago for my sisters wedding for me and the brides extensions. Before I ordered I contacted their customer service to make sure the hair will be here on time as this hair is for the brides hair and I really don't want to add to any stress of not having the hair on time and I was assured yes 100% it will be on time. The hair arrived 5 days later. I contacted their customer service before it arrived and my sisters wedding passed to let them know I will no longer need the hair because what I needed it for the wedding and the wedding has passed, it was a huge disaster! I was told to email customer service to ask for return address. You are suppose to ask for a return address the address is not provided on the site… I have been emailing customer service for the past two and a half weeks and everytime they send me a message back they will ask over and over for me to keep the hair and they will offer me a 5% discount to keep the hair… It has been 6 emails back and forth and all emails asking me to keep the hair when I clearly ask for the address and demand that the next email should be with the address but they have refused to send me the address to send back their products… I have spent $600 on this hair and I have no use for it, plus their customer service stinks at this point and I would never even consider keeping or shopping on their site again… I am still awaiting the shipping address to this day, they have refused to answer any more of my emails and I do not know what to do. Please save yourself the heartache L, there are better ligitimate honest companies out there you can buy hair from and they will honour their return policies and respect their customers. STAY AWARE FROM THIS COMPANY

They promised me a coupon code for my next purchase and they never delivered it. I've been buying from them a lot so it's not like I'm a one time client and still treated me like this. On top of that I got promise from 2 different people. They're not responding my emails. Before I bought something and if I had an inquiry they were responding cause they wanted my money however after my purchase they just didn't give a $#*! anymore. I hate people and companies like this. Fkn greedy they don't deserve any costumers.

EDIT: I WAS STILL CHARGED FULL PRICED EVEN AFTER SETTLING WITH THEM AND AGREEING WITH THE 10% CHARGE FOR NOTHING. THIS PEOPLE ARE FULL BLOWN SCAM!

I ACCIDENTALLY JUST PLACED AN ORDER FOR THE ATTEMPT TO CHECK THE FINAL PRICE IF EVER, I KNOW IT'S MY FAULT THO, BUT CANCELLING THE ORDER IS SUCH A PAINFUL PROCESS. THEY WERE TRYING TO PUSH ME TO JUST KEEP THE ORDER, WHICH I REFUSED TO SINCE I WILL NOT REALLY USE IT. ON THE FINAL NOTE, THE SAID THEY WILL CANCEL IT BUT I WILL BE CHARGED 10% FOR "RESTOCKING FEE" WHO WOULD DO THAT? OBVIOUSLY SCAM, THEY WERE TRYING TO JUICE AS MUCH AS THEY CAN. I JUST AGREED TO BE CHARGED 23.65$ RATHER THAN PAY 236.65$ FOR A PRODUCT THAT I WILL NOT USE. A LESSON LEARNED FOR ME TO READ THE REVIEWS FIRST.

This is not about the product it self. Its the company who is scamming ppl. I bought the product I didn't like, I guess I chose wrong and I wanted to return it. Imagine, that, this is impossible! You can't return the product you bought by mistake or you will not like. First the customer service plays games with you for 2 weeks via email. They tell you you cannot return and to go to the salon and dye the hair or else. Second, you can send the product to them but it will cost you the price of the product bc you need to send it to China! You will get your package from Markham On but this is a scam address! Nobody is there! Scamers! I will report that since they abuse the customers! This is just horrible! So much money in the trash. Be aware!

The hair extensions are the most bad quality of ever :( Their hairs looks like synthetics hairs. And impossible to return them.

Do not buy. They steal your money. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save your money and go elsewhere. Look for previous reviews I have submitted, along with other negative reviews. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

I bought these from what I thought was a Canadian company, as it from a Canadian site. Not the case, they came from China and did not match my hair colour at all, nor did they even have a colour name on the package. When I reached out for a return and refund they told me to dye to my own hair to match the extensions! Absolutely not, what an awful suggestion. After quoting them their refund policy I am still waiting on how to return as I can't just get a simple answer. Buyer beware! Wrong product and horrible customer service. Not at all what I was expecting based on the website and reviews.

I've ordered a few times from here and I am in LOVE. My absolute favorite site. Best customer service, the best prices. 100 percent recommended!

Not happy, took months to come in and when I asked if I could get a tracking number I couldn't understand the system at all. I sent another email and all they said was it was on its way and sent a totally different tracking number. When they finally came in they were not the same colour as the picture, it was not 20 inches long and they were so thin. And the closer to the end of the extension, the thinner the hair got. Decided to suck it up anyways since they were $80 and I put 47 in my hair. They're purple extensions and wanted them to be seen so I put 3 rows on each side of my head closer to the part so you could see the purple... well you can barely notice them. My first time washing them after putting them in I could barely brush my hair, and after my hair was dry it's constantly full of little knots. I have sent an email stating I will send the remaining half but I would like half my money back and waiting for a reply.
Don't waste your money... I had better ones from the flea market.

It was my first time ordering from markethairextension. I order june 8 2020 we are august 4 didn't get my order. I wrote another comment on another website. They answer sorry for the delay because of covid but they didn't solved my problem. They ask to order with express shipping. But still i paid for the hair i didn't get and no refund. I send e mails, chat with them on the wesite, they told me they will send the hair but i have no confirmation. The firts and last time i order from. No costumer service at all.
