They LIE on the site by stating:
"WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET
The products will be exactly the same as displayed. The photoshoot is done after the product is made."
It also stated that the material was silk which it was NOT, instead cheap material was used. What they did get right was the measurements that I sent. So if your okay with a cheap looking outfit then this is for you. If you expect it to look like the photo you will be very disappointed.
I ordered an outfit shown as a long dress, I have it posted to my brother in India as I go every year. My niece sent me photos and the long dress is not a long dress, be aware, the advertising is not as shown. I am very disappointed. I have sent messages via email to their customer support and have not received a satisfactory reply. Very very misleading! The customer support does not answer specific questions, they just keep repeating their standard" it is all described on our website" I will not be shopping form here again
I ordered 2 dresses from this site. It took them three months from the date of order to ship one dress. The quality is subpar at best. The lace is scratchy and the stitching was shoddy. The second dress that I had ordered, they said that it was out of stock. I got emailed two months saying "please order another dress of similar value and that's the least that we can do." I decided to give them another chance and picked out another dress. I gave them my measurements and asked them to ship as soon as possible. The second dress arrived with a broken side zipper, uneven stitching on the bottom of the dress so it looks lopsided and seams coming out of everywhere. They also didn't give me the bottom to the piece as they advertised. Bottom line is, if you want to throw away your money for nothing, then this is the best place to do so. These people pretend to have great customer service but stop responding the minute you actually email them to fix the issues.

I ordered 2 sarees in August and I received one after a month, but still did not receive the other up until today. They said they couldn't send out the second saree because there was a flood and they would keep me updated but its been 3 months and they still did not get back to me. Besides, how could they send out one saree and not the other if there was a flood? They are careless. Also, I would like my money back but they are not willing to refund.
They should not be able to sell to the UK. I tried for 2 days to place an order with them and their communication was awful. After 2 days of emails back and forth, they informed me that they had just run out of stock and i should have placed the order myself!
Very very unhlepful, not at all reliable and i wouldnt recommend or trust using their website!

I live in the UK and was invited to an Asian wedding very late and so had little time to organise an outfit. I contacted Maple Fashions in India after finding them online. I felt very nervous ordering something I had only seen a picture of. I was assured it would look the same but due to time constraints I could only order a ready to ship outfit. I ordered it and sent my measurements and it was stitched and posted the same day, again I was a bit sceptical. However to my delight I received the parcel as promised 4 days later! The Anarkali dress was pretty much exactly like the image, the colour was slightly different, more peachy than pink but that is understandable with different screen resolutions. Overall I am really pleased that I did go ahead and Maple Fashions were true to their word and kept me informed via WhatsApp. I would definitely recommend this company and look forward to ordering again should I need an outfit. This was a great experience for me. The saree was well represented by the picture online. It shipped to me in Toronto, Canada in 5 days even though I only used Standard Shipping! I bought the saree lined and with a petticoat which was measured and tailored to my specifications. All in all, a very positive experience--it couldn't have been better!
The make and fitting was excellent. It was true to color even more prettier than the pictures. Although the address was conpletely wrong what they gave to DHL.My package came a day late due to the wrong address but no harm done. I would surely purchase more in future.

I had very low expectation for this purchase. I assumed the photo might have been stolen from the internet and the quality was going to be poor. I was so so wrong. My lehenga arrived within a week (international shipping)! The quality was beautiful! Exactly like the model in the picture. I was so stunned and pleasantly surprised. I wish I had more events to go to! I want to buy all of the outfits. Great price and amazing quality! Thank you so much!
I ordered a lehenga mid-February for a wedding I was going to in early April. The item was due to be delivered by mid-March. In mid-March, I received an email from Maple Fashions that they did not have the fabric for the item I purchased and I would not get the lehenga I ordered. They offered to make a similar item at a similar cost. Unfortunately, by that time they reached out to let me know of the mistake, it was too late to receive a new lehenga in time for the wedding I was attending and I asked for my money back. I have sent two emails asking for a reimbursement (about $200) and have not heard back. I would urge others not to use this site. Stay away if you don't want to be scammed!

We ordered a lehenga set and the shipment and delivery was super fast. We were worried about the quality, but couldn't ask for a better quality for the price we paid. The material did not look cheap at all. It matched what was shown in the picture. Overall a great experience!

DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU LIKE SURPRISES. Everything was going so well until I received my order. I was really disappointed that the outfit didn't fit properly, the slits on the suit didn't fall correctly and the pattern didn't look the same as shown on their website. I emailed them at the address they sent me and I received a reply back asking to send them pictures. I sent them pictures and then NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.
The fit was perfect; I received nothing but compliments on the outfit. I will definitely be retiring back as a customer. Shipping was timely & hassle free.
Good communication, kept me updated with the status of my order. Lehnga looked even better in person than online. Good stitching except for hooks in the back that kept on opening. Will buy again..
