They do not have a customer service department. I have emailed them, called them I have tried to cancel I have tried to upgrade even. No response. No return call and leave you with unwanted charges on your credit card. Beware of this SEO company.

How it is increasing today. The day they will tell you will get higher bonus you still start getting very expensive products. First I got 1600$ product I put that much money which was all of money I made for whole 4 days including the 500$ bonus they gave.
Bonus was given to you to make sure you fall in trap and think it is real. After that new product was 2450$ I borrowed money from here and there put all that in and then next product was 4650$ now I have a choice should I loose 2450$ or do I want to keep putting more and more money in greed of 1000$ bonus end of completing task. Cause next one will may be *******$ and you will not get your money back until you complete task.
I called Sophia my team lead and she kept insisting the only way you can get money back is when you complete all tasks and these tasks will never complete. At some point you will not have money to complete even if you put *******$ back next product may come up with price of 50 thousand dollars.

And all the group basically is their own group you will be alone in that group rest of all will be just actors who will keep encouraging you to spend more and more money. Some people will chat with you on the side and will be telling how much money they made today to keep you feeling it is all real. It basically all being run by one person he himself is the customer service your lead and all the chat group he will keep posting even some ids will raise some questions and concerns and then that questions will be answered and the person will show satisfaction and will show he start making money too. It is all fraud.

Manta is amazing. I own a small business and previously had hired an SEO team that I worked with for six months. It was not the best experience. I have been working with Manta for almost 2 months and they have done more in that time than the previous team did at all. Téa, my contact is thorough, patient with my lack of tech term understanding (which is super important to me) and extremely quick to respond to emails and calls. I'd honestly give more stars if I could. As a small business owner, I don't have the luxury of excess capital to waste on poorly performing teams. Unfortunately that's been the case too many times. I feel wonderful about working with Manta and as my business grows, I plan for them to grow with me. If you own a small business…I can't recommend this team enough.

Manta produces back links and other items on the web to increase your site's authority. I ran out of funds to continue the membership so I can only tell that they did create links that showed up on SEO tools.

I signed up after being called for several months by one of their salesmen. I explained that as a small business I couldn't justify $99 a month to manage my directory listings and he suggested I paid for just one month and then canceled, and promised that would be sufficient for my business to be listed on 60 sites. I paid and also provided all the info, links and text needed but was unable to add photos because they had technical issues on the site so nothing happened for 2 weeks until the issues were resolved. I canceled my account 2 weeks later before the next payment was due and by that time they had only managed to add my business to 3 sites and none of my info was complete and correct. I emailed several times without getting anything resolved, so I finally started a claim process through BBB. Manta responded with a full refund but the whole experience was a stressful waste of time. My advice is to stay well clear and create and maintain your business listings yourself.

WOW! I am blown away at how anyone would give money to any company that SPAMS as much as they do... I have also used the service and it was a complete waste. You get mostly just junk replies, they refuse to stop sending you SPAM... Overall the company just sucks!
