I've bought countless items from here and the onlt bad experience was the first time I ordered. MY FAULT! I did not follow directioons and my pants were too short. Otherwise, ready to wear, perfect tailorig, perfect suits, shirts, pants, jeans jacts!

I am very tall and thin and getting trousers and jeans the right size, near impossible. Taking care and getting the measurement right is essential. Very happy with the outcome.
This company has sent the wrong order and refuses to acknowledge their mistake. They blame the customers for not being able to give proper measurements, then argue the measurements are within their standard for custom jeans. My jeans were off by 17 inches making them completely unwearable. They claim it was triple checked in their checking report, I ordered 3 different jeans for myself and others totaling $400. Now I have to explain the company I said makes high quality clothes has sent the wrong order and refuses to refund the money. They are out clothes and money. Do not use this website, they do not make custom clothes. Your clothes will not fit, they won't even listen to your measurements and will send whatever is "close enough"
Not satisfied with quality of item and did not fit. The fit was my fault.
I ordered jeans the first time that was October 4th. Its been now over 4 months trying to get a pair of jeans. More than once I have asked for my money back. And all you do is send me a new order form. That doesn't work. You have I'm not sure but quite a few measurements. And the person I 'm working with that's Erica. Aways to redo the measurements. I have to many times. All my size information you have. I either would like the jeans OR my money back. This is hard to believe that this is still going on. Mikey
Not good didn't do my size right. I haven't heard a word back. Not good business.
Pros:
- Good communication. I ordered with shorter-than-typical leg measurements and they emailed me to confirm that's what I wanted.
- Good workmanship.
Cons:
- Long wait. One month after ordering I was told the material I wanted was out of stock (selvedge), so I chose raw as a substitute. The jeans arrived an additional two weeks after that.
- Not a great fit. Even though I measured carefully according to instructions, the jeans bag and bunch up in awkward places. While MYOJ does confirm crucial measurements, judging what measurements to provide for the look you're after can possibly take a bit of trial and error.
- Limited fit types. There seem to only be stretch and non-stretch. It would be good to have a 'slim fit'.
I have a unique shape, and I love that I can order jean that are made to fit me just as they need to be. Thank, you this is my 4th pair, and I love them all.
Love that these are custom measures and hopefully will fit perfect.
The website is easy to use and shipping is fast. Can't wait for the next order to arrive.

I measured myself for jeans, however they were too small. I however like them, so I will try again.
