We bought a plugin from them and we needed extra features. They said pay us an extra charge and we will develop it for you. This is when the stuff started going sideways. The could not do it for almost a month and when they finally developed it, the product was just not working propperly. We chose a better option for our needs and it took 2 days to do it.
Now I am trying to get a refund from them and the will not do it.

This review is to share my experience with MakeWeb Better (plugin for Mautic - Woocommerce).
I just installed the free version of this plugin and I faced some difficulties when connecting to Mautic ( I was having a strange error when hitting Authorize). I reached out to their website and I asked them on chat for help (of course I didn't expect to get any help — not the same day at least).
Well, I was surprised when Shivam from their support team replied instantly and guided me through the fix for the next half an hour.
And finally, he fixed it himself when I was not able to follow the instructions!
I'm surprised and honestly didn't expect this for the free version users like me (when many times I've paid for a plugin or theme and I wait days to get back to me via email).
This was was one of my best experiences, and I'm already considering the pro version since, except for the great support, we're also talking about a great tool (maybe the only one with those features).

I purchased upsell funnel pro, the licence key did not activate and the team needed WP access to my site to fix the issue. I advised it was a live site with 30+ daily orders.
3rd Dec - Your team made this plugin work and made multiple orders as one of my customers. The plugin was deemed to be working by your team. In a response your team denied testing with one of my customers, despite having used the Cash On Delivery method for these tests which had only been enabled by your team.
4th Dec - I reported the issue with "offer expired" causing more customer complaints and I requested a refund.
5th Dec - Team reported they had checked the plugin and was working fine. They made another test order on my now completely untrusting customer.
5th - 9th Dec - Sent and received 3 email trying to understand what your team had done so I could understand if I wanted to risk enabling the plugin.
10th Dec - Enabled plugin after assurance it was working only to find the same "Offer Expired" issue with Stripe (Upsell) payment method. Requested refund.
11th Dec - Your team responded saying "Please share correct login details with us as we have tried to log in with the details that you have shared but not able to log in. Wating for the correct details."
