I love the products this brand has and ordered a bag via their website. Came damaged and I turned to customer support (they only have an email and no phone). 8 working days they only replied once but didn't issued a return label for me so I can send it back without any delivery costs. After I have wrote them several times and still no answer from them, I send it back and covered it from my pocket. It is a very disappointing experience! They send a damaged bag and don't bother to cover costs for returning it... terrible!
